The host understands customer service. He was very polite. For a take away order, I just remember the host being respectful to a hungry customer who traveled far.I ordered 3 items. The first two were just food, standard sushi fare. Rainbow roll and a Dragon roll.The Tempura Phoenix Futo was a memory. The flavour from the unagi, the texture from the tempura…I’m debating going back for that specific dish.

My family and I have been coming to this place for years and we always have the BEST sushi and the best service. Also great delivery with fresh sushi and ALWAYS on time / super quick. Everyone is always friendly, attentive and quick there too. The sushi is always super fresh and soo yum! We have even had birthday parties here and once got a round of (a very strong) Japanese drink from Albert! 😋 for lunch and dinner this place never disappoints! Thank you guys for everything always!

First time at Sushi mania and will not be returning. Over hyped and overpriced. Once seated we were left for over 15 minutes before being asked for our drinks order. We were not advised on how the bottomless menu worked. Rude and inattentive staff. In the nearly two hours we were there only one person came to our table to check on us. The food was abysmal and clearly out of date. We physically couldn’t stomach the food and were left to pay an excess of everything remaining. Shocking amount of money for horrendous food, inadequate service and poor ambiance.

We tried the all you can eat sushi here and feel that the experience was overpriced and underwhelming. The staff weren’t very welcoming, sternly telling us that we had a time limit to our meal and could only order 6 items per table. They only came over 3 times during the nearly 2 hour time span, so we weren’t able to order many dishes and seemed quite keen for us to leave. The drinks are also quite expensive for what they are. They organised the bill splitting between our group poorly and we wouldn’t rush to return.

I have been coming here for so many years and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. Food is great and well priced, staff are friendly. When I first had the salmon teriyaki sushi I was a changed woman.

Disappointed.I ordered via Deliveroo and the Salmon was off in most of the sushi. It was brown and very very salty, it's the first time I can't eat a sushi. You can see the picture. Also they make a mistake and give me some sushi with Tuna.When I rang them they told me to see what Deliveroo can do but didn't offer anything. Price very expensive an poor quality. I am not recommended this place. Now I need to eat something else.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The food was so delicious. Lovely and tradional decor and I will definitely be coming here again.

Delicious menu, great value if you go at the right time but either way what a fantastic restaurant, very friendly welcoming staff and authentic tastes - loved the tempura prawns and aubergine - can’t wait to find an excuse to go back and try more - thankyou

Glad to be back! This place has been a favourite for years.Service is very good and food is superb, all freshly made from order.You can have half price off the menu at lunchtime or all you can eat for around £19 per person during all opening hours.Tables are set to ensure social distancing rules and comply with covid regulations.100% recommended

Brilliant restaurant. One of the nicest Japanese restaurants around and their half price lunchtime deal is unbeatable!Staff are friendly and approachable with the venue nicely kept and clean.The food is lovely, much better than most Japanese places around and yet they manage to offer a half price lunchtime offer which covers majority of their extensive menu.A real pleasure to visit here and we will definitely be back!
