We visited Wingstop (halal) yesterday & the staff were professional & courteous. The food was good & the sitting area was nice & clean. However, the food portions were quite small considering the cost. It certainly didn't satisfy our appetite and we aren't big eaters either. The sitting area situated by the steps and the entrance to the Oracle shopping centre has a seating area to the left and the tables there seem as if they have glass protection to save any drop towards the escalators but its deceiving as there is no glass present. So, if you have Young kids or want to place your phones or valuables towards that side, I will suggest that these need to be placed away from that side & kid seated away from there as well. I have rated 3 bearing in mind value for money.

The chicken is great- very tasty coupled with a good variety of flavours/ spices. So even if you’re not someone who likes food hot and spicy they’ll still have a topping to enjoy!Staff are also attentive and check you are happy with your food but wait more than 2 seconds after giving you to ask if everything is okay.

Ordered a huge order for our whole office, and everything was correct and arrived on time! They even sent us a note thanking us & included free churros. Great customer service & the food was still nice a hot even though we had it delivered. Will definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you

Great flavoured wings and tasty chips and churros. I love that there are so many options with each dish so you can really tailor your order to your likes. It's a bit pricy but surprisingly filling once you get through it.

Bit pricey but food tastes amazing. They have a unique American style menu selection. I would recommend mango flavoured wings and spicy chicken burger! This is great halal addition in Reading

Service was good which was the only good thing. We went in the evening and there was only one other customer that already had been served. Food took around 10-15mins but seemed to be rushed. Some of the food was cold, reported it the manager who went and rewarmed the same food. The wings were more bone than chicken, really disappointed with the food and would not recommend anyone to visit the store especially if it's busy.

Luckily we went when it was not busy, so from my experience the order arrived fast. There are quite a bit of menu flavours to choose from - so could be quite overwhelming choice, though having tried the Mango habanero, spicy korean q, and lemon and pepper. I would recommend the lemon pepper. Also go for the wings, the boneless and tenders are okay. Fries are decent. Go for the blue cheese dip too. Music gives off a club vibe, might put off some families.

First time having the UK version, and impressed overall food wise compared to the USA version thumbs up! All the staff were great and professional on my visit this afternoon. Only negative is the large fries could do with putting in more fries. But overall full 5 stars! Coming again real soon!!

I was positively surprised by the taste and crunchiness of the chicken. Lots of varieties of flavours and different types of wings - all the ones we tried were really good but it can make the menu a bit confusing. Only downside is the music selection, which was not great and too loud.
