Yo Sushi in Reading

Good quality Japanese food and reasonably priced. Order on the app and receive your food on the train track that loops around the tables, which is a good novelty. Food arrived fast and fresh from the kitchen. Portions are small and you may leave feeling a bit empty, but it's densely calorific, so you get what you need without feeling bloated. Main course, dessert and drinks was £20 per head for a family.

Wonderful customer service. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was perfect and came quickly after ordering. Would highly recommend this Yo Sushi to anyone who hasn’t tried it before. Special shout out to Pia our server who was lovely and checked a few times to see how we were doing - couldn’t have asked for a better server! Thank you guys!

This is a nice sushi place with a nice staff.It’s worth the visit for the fun. The food service is really agile and fast.Good selection and variety for all tastes.They also have a section for vegetarian which is a really nice touch.Portions are not as great as other sushi places but it’s worth for the price.The desserts look nice as well with good variety. It’s rare to see mochi balls in the menu, but they have a few three to choose. Worth the visit.

This is the first time I've been back to Yo! Sushi since the start of COVID. So wasn't sure how Yo Sushi's conveyor belt system could work now. With a little help from my waitress Pia, I found the new ordering and food delivery system to be better and more understandable than it was before! As ever the Sushi was excellent!

Great sushi lunch and amazing service from Pia at Yo Sushi Reading today. Lovely smiles, swift service, knowledgeable and friendly and food as fab as usual. Thank you - look forward to spicy tuna rolls and salmon sushi again with a lovely hot sake.

As for the taste, quality and care about Sushi and Katsu curry rice are below your average Japanese restaurant standards. They made a mistake with the takeaway order (did not give us 'Go Large' portion although it was paid for).I recommend other Japanese-food restaurants in Reading that will give you better overall experience.Yo! <--- ❌

Very tasty vegan sushi, which was surprisingly filling. I love the novelty of the conveyor belt, too. I would recommed the spicy vegetable rice.

Massive wait and not informed about the delay. As a Deliveroo rider paid per job was very disappointed with 10 minute wait. We are paid for job.

I’m a regular customer and am continuously pleased with the service and food. My go to order is the Japanese fried chicken with steamed rice and chicken gyozas as shown in the picture below, all very filling and would recommend to other people. Can’t wait to go again!
