Zaks Cafe and Grill in Reading

Love their burgers and Zaks sauce. Their chicken is always juicy and succulent and they do proper beef gourmet burgers.

Thoroughly disappointed with both the beef and Peri Peri burgers. It did not look like any effort was made into the preparation at all; buns were mediocre at best with barely any other ingredients apart from the patties. If you're looking for a decent burger joint in Reading like I was, look elsewhere please!

Just had an amazing Chicken Burger meal, full of flavour and packed with loads of chicken and salad! Great value, taste and great service! What more could you want?! I can't wait to visit again.

Great food each and everytime whether eating in or having it delivered. Food is consistent and you can tell they take pride in their food. Even though most people would comment on the quality of chicken/beef, it's the smaller things which make them stand out from others like the quality of their buns and sauces and even their chips which are higher quality than pretty much all their competitors. Delivery's are usually a shorter time than they qoute which is a bonus.

Even if it was busy, they tried to serve me in the shortest time they could.I was a bit in a rush, but thanks to their service I had an amazing iftar to share with my sister and friend!!Thank you, to all the workers.

We ordered through Just Eat and had multiple issues. Firstly the "falafel and cheese" burger and wrap contained no cheese. Secondly the order was missing a portion of onion rings. Thirdly, trying to contact the restaurant and Just Eat to report the missing item resulted in a dead end avenue, causing us to have no choice but to abandon that path and accept the loss.

Was passing through reading to do some shopping and bumped in to this place thanks to my taxi driver who recommended it. I must say it was a lovely place when I walked in they really welcomed me and provided a 5 star service and the burger I can't remember what is was called as it was recommended but the staff was fantastic and value for money the portion size was on point. Oh and I don't do milk shakes but I must say wow the milk shake. The wife and kids loved this place. Need one of these places in Southampton lads

Love the owners, so friendly and generous with food and sauces! I usually get chicken here and it's never dry, always seasoned amazingly and the chicken burger was mind-blowing; I'd never known that chicken burgers could be so juicy. Absolute legends they are 10/10

One of the best places to eat in Reading! Second time eating- every time extremely happy! Me and my husband Edgar ordered today Zaks mixed platter and lamb shashlik. Everything was super tasty. Meat was so juicy and tender, absolutely delicious. Chips and salad were marvelous. Zaks sauces're just amazing . Thanks guys very much and we will be back very soon! Very good service, very delicious food, highly recommended!
