Fantastic dining experience. After being led in the beautiful intimate space, we chose (wisely!) to dine at the bar. Everything about this dinner was perfect: the food, the drinks/wine, the service, the pacing and the occasional chat with the team behind the counter. The price is right, and we'll return for more, after exploring the other restaurant by the same chef.Small suggestion: nothing against using the same cutlery for the entire meal, but some dishes (in this case the squab/pigeon) required a sharper knife, so perhaps some thought on matching knives with dish served.

Amazing chefs and warmth of hosts - beautiful presentation & amazing flavours paired perfectly with wine flight. Images speak for themselves but taste and smell must experienced. Foodie lunch for special occasion; a real privilege so see the work up close at the pass - highly recommended. A real gem in Brighton. Will be back!

A fantastic food experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food looked beautiful and tasted amazing. Get a seat at the pass for the best experience, where you can talk to the chefs and watch as they prepare your food in front of you and then serve it straight up. My favourite 2 courses were the eel and the rotolo pasta. The squirrel was surprisingly good too!I had a great evening and couldn’t fault any aspect of it. Definitely one of the best restaurant meals I’ve had.

What a fabulous restaurant! We had a tasting menu meal for 5 for my big birthday. Carlos and the chefs let us mix and match the menu with the vegetarian menu due to a couple of dietary issues and so we all had 11 courses! The taste, presentation and service were just excellent. The wine tasting menu was divine! Be prepared to spend several happy hours here savouring the flavours. Enjoy this wonderful experience

A great menu and well paired wine flight. If there is only two of you I recommend dining at the counter where you can watch the guys preparing the dishes who then serve and talk through them with you. The rabbit (and in particular the broth) was awesome.

Would very highly recommend this restaurant in Brighton Lanes. 64 Degrees offers various menu options - either a la catre sharing plates or the chefs set menu. We got a number of the sharing plates including prawn tacos, veal sweetbread and ox cheek. Every plate was delicately presented and tasted incredible. I’d never had sweetbreads before which I was particularly impressed with. The desert was equally delicious. The staff are extremely my friendly and knowledgable about the food and drink served in the restaurant. They’re happy to discuss options and recommend drink pairings for the sharing plates. The service added to the quality of the evening and helped Male the night feel special. The resultant is on the pricey side but is reflected in the high end quality of the food on offer. Would be the perfect choice of a special occasion or celebration. I look forward to going back again soon!

WOW! I moved to the UK little over 3 months ago, and that’s been the best meal I’ve had in this country! Impeccable service, excellent food. Both the waiters and the chef were extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. I felt home! Great job guys 👏🏼P.S. the price is actually quite for the delicious food (and the service) you get!!

Great service in a compact restaurant. We had the tasting menu which, given the food (e.g. pasta in broth, wedge of lettuce) doesn't necessarily lend itself well to sharing from one bowl or as a course in its own right. I would pick individual dishes next time. You can tell they're passionate, the head is obviously there guiding his team and it was good theatre watching them prep the dishes. Only niggles for me are that the chicken was very borderline raw (we ate it and didn't die so probably okay?), the truffle despite the piles and piles that was shaved on didn't taste or smell of anything on the dish, and the dessert was probably a nudge too savoury (ice cream please!) Saying that, the beetroot ice cream was amazing and fresh, the fish incredibly buttery, the chicken wings were excellent and the chocolate truffles had an incredible flavour to them. Highly recommend.
