Blacks Burgers in Reigate and Banstead

We ordered delivery to our hotel at 1730 and our food didn’t get delivered until 1900 and they didn’t complete the delivery through the app so we had no idea that it had gotten delivered to the reception desk. We tried calling the restaurant and they didn’t answer the phone. So we walked all the way there and the 14 year old that was working told us it was already delivered. They didn’t apologize or seem to care at all. So we walked back to our hotel and our food was cold. The burgers were still good cold though. Just disappointing they didn’t offer to do anything about it.

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Dave in the Horley restaurant. Absolute gent. Customer service on point.Went above and beyond to make sure our order was delivered perfectly, resulting in a very happy little girl.Great food too. Will be back for sure.Thank you Dave!

Rude staff. The woman who works in there doesn't deserve a job. You are clearly in the wrong job!! Ordered food half missing, we got blamed for that. Took about 20 minutes to call them and then got rudness on the phone!! Outrageous.

Absolutely terribleMy order arrived through Uber eats which initially was fine until we opened it, it was missing two sidesHad to ring the venue several times as everything I did the phone would be answered but no one spoke, instead I could hear people in the background talking amongst themselves, eventually got through to try and arrange replacements or to find out how to go about getting refunded to be told by a female front of house staff "Well it's not my problem, uber must have taken it" I tried to ask how to rectify it to constantly get shot down with "not my problem, contact uber I know it was in there I packed it myself"The attitude is not what I expect from a restaurant and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no one availableBefore she rudely passed the phone on to a male, he told me the process which I needed to follow minus the attitude.

OMG what a burger, quite possibly one of the nicest and flavour some burgers I've had....the choice of different burgers and different toppings is immense...and the chips are to die for, next time I'm gonna try the Cajun chips for extra flavour. ...yes they even cater for the veggies out there...you will not be disappointed...yes it's more expensive that mcd/whop but it's gourmet burgers....oh and the server was cute..😚

Absolutely love Blacks Burgers! Yummy juicy meat and great choice of toppings! My fave is the crispy fried onions. Also love the festive additions to the milkshakes- Fererro Rocher is delicious! Please add this to the normal menu! Highly recommend. 🍔

Great little place. I love blacks burgers. They have a easy menu. The burgers are really good. You can have loads of extras on your burger for no charge. I like that they have peanut butter option. They are located next to let's explore and let's golf so loads to do. They sell alcohol and are never really busy that you have to wait. The staff are friendly.

One of the best burger places ever! Always fast service and a great takeaway aswell. Milkshakes are to die for. Have visited regularly over the last 2 years only had one negative experience and this was rectified quickly by the staff.

First thing I must mention is that its not a standalone restaurant, it's within the 'Lets Golf, virtual reality golf' building, I did not know this and drove past it a couple of times. I will post a picture of the exterior albeit in the dark. Now into the burgers!! The burgers were cooked fresh by the friendly staff and are good value and very tasty. There's lots of options with the FREE toppings, so you can have your burger pimped up. The peanut butter makes a great dip for the fries if you want to try something different. All in all a great experience and not too far from Gatwick airport. Would recommend if you have a burger craving.

So, after several weeks in Europe we had an overnight staying at a Gatwick airport hotel before returning to Canada. Not wanting to eat dreary airport or hotel food, we walked up to Horley (30 mins away... Just take the forrested path up London Road and take a right on Brighton) and checked out Black's Burgers because it was well reviewed on Google.Being a Friday night it was pretty busy with families (being right next to, or a part of, Let's Race) and we waited maybe 20 minutes for food after we ordered. But... It was worth the wait. The burgers were super delicious. We also ordered soft drinks, fries and a Coca Cola float. We also chatted a bit with the folks who worked there and everyone was friendly with a laid back personality. Worth the trip up from the airport and definitely walkable!
