Don't waste your money.Ordered a takeaway and asked for extra sauceUpon collection asked the staff to confirm that had been doneHe comes back 10 minutes later with the food and said it has extra sauce.Got home to discover the food was all Luke warm, the carbonara is dry and claggy, paid extra for chicken, to find only 2 pieces in each carbonara. There was pretty much no pancetta and the sauce was bland except for the occasional piece of pepper corn.Do yourself a favour and go to Prezzo in cheam village. The food is miles better

The food is great, good atmosphere, great drinks 🍸,the service was so quick and efficient. staff were amazing ,well done for a great service and great food,I love the coolers too🍸

This is a great restaurant. There is very a good menu with a variety of items to suit most tastes. Service was very good as well. Definitely recommend this Restaurant.

We discovered Prezzo Banstead last year and have been several times since. Not once had a bad experience. Staff are brilliant, as are the surroundings. My only gripe, and this not aimed at the Banstead restaurant, but Prezzo in general, and that is price rises, added to reduced ingredients. This double whammy takes the shine off a bit

Nice decor, high cealinged old building ( used to be a post office) seemed clean and friendly staff. Prices ok if you can get some kind of discount/ promotion as food nothing special. Usual pizza and pasta options. Seemed quite popular.

Lovely setting, food as expected but when did Prezzo get so expensive? Lunch for 2 adults and some small bites for a 3 year old and it came to nearly £100. I suppose everywhere is more expensive these days but I wasn’t expecting to pay that much today.

This was our first time at Prezzo and would highly recommend. Food was delicious and the service was amazing. Tiana our waitress was very friendly and professional and we were very impressed with how the manager treated his staff. We heard him giving his staff great praise when needed, which is great to hear for confidence boosting. Will definitely be going back and will tell family and friends. Well done to manager, staff and compliments to the chef!! 👏👏👏👏

Took our daughter for a birthday dinner. Very long wait for tasteless and cold food, even though restaurant was half-empty. Disinterested waiting staff. Yes "nice decor" but was expecting rather more than just that. Really awful experience.

Lovely decor, waitress was pleasant and took our order without us having to wait too long. The vegan hummus was tasty but the vegan pepperoni pizza was really bland. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The raspberry sorbet was lovely though.Could do with more choices than just one alcohol free beer selection for those driving though. All in all pleasant enough and good for a get together with friends as it's a large venue and was nice and warm which is nice on a cold winter night.

Excellent service. Two of our party had gluten and dairy allergies. The meals were delicious and as ordered. A lovely atmosphere and great food
