Brewers Fayre at The Premier Inn in Reigate and Banstead

Good value hotel, close to Gatwick Airport with ample free parking. Stayed in room 2 and the pillows were a bit lumpy and the bathroom fan was really noisy waking each other up in the night. Breakfast was excellent, would stay again.

Great for trip to Gatwick. Room Clean and Spacious, nice bathroom. Left Earphones by Accident and they posted back free of charge.

We arrived very late 0130 after our flight. The road to the hotel was very dark. The service from front desk was great even at that time. The room was a little tired, one of the older ones I think.

Really nice room. Much nicer decor than travelodge. Costs more though but that's OK as it's definitely better. Recommended.

Staff were friendly, but that’s the only good thing about our stay. The room smelt very musty, and the curtains were mouldy. The sheets had stains and the pillows were lumpy, one even had a clean split down the middle. The tap water pressure was all over the place, and the temperature varied wildly, so didn’t trust the shower enough to try it. We were in the bottom floor which was only accessible from a stairwell that opened straight onto a road, and we could hear every movement from the guests upstairs. Nearly didn’t stay the night, and wish I hadn’t! Would never stay here again.

As expected from a Premier Inn. Convenient for work and very reasonably priced. There were a few funky smells in the corridor and room. The bathroom smelled damp and cleanliness of the room could be improved. The bed itself was very comfy and clean.

Standard premier in. Clean and comfortable nights sleep. Overnight very quiet as it is set well back from the road. Entry signage could be bigger as it is a busy road and would help as the driveway is somewhat shrouded.

Clean, tidy, lovely welcome as always. The extraction fan and class shower pane in the bathroom were faulty but I’m sure they’ll be fixed soon as receptionist seemed attentive. Didn’t ruin our stay at all. Great sleep. Would recommend this hotel :)

I would not stay here again. Not very clean with stains on the sheets and chair. Mould in the bathroom and paint peeling off the windows. Mould around the window frames. I have stayed in a lot of Preimer Inns and this one I would rate lower than a Travelodge
