Caffe Nero - Banstead in Reigate and Banstead

Could do with a a bit of a Spring clean. Coffee great.

Fantastic staff, great atmosphere, awesome coffee ☕️

Nice big cafe so plenty of tables to choose from, but did fill up quickly at peak times.

This Nero has improved over the last few years, in the past they would close early and the atmosphere was off. That has changed, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.

Staff are always kind and welcoming, always like to have a chat.

The staff are so nice and kind hearted people it is a nice cosy atmosphere and I love the addition of dogs being allowed I’ve recommended many people to come to the neros in Banstead mainly due to the motivation and enthusiasm of staff!

Deceptively spacious inside as cafe is very deep. Always busy as very popular, but never cramped or crowded.

Usual relatively decent coffee, but the staff in Banstead are nice, feel the Starbucks staff in Sutton could learn a thing or two..

Good coffee and a great chocolate caramel shortbread gets me coming back every time! The service is speedy and agreeable and there is plenty of space to sit, inside and outside.
