Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The panini was tepid and lacked flavour

We both had hot food, but I have found before in Neros, that it was cold. They don't seem to heat their sandwiches and rolls long enough. It is a nice coffee shop, but service was poor (Sunday service) and food cold.

It's my third time drinking coffee in this store and nothing changed, I found every single time the tables were full of trays, right next to that elevator could easily place two stands for trays and then take them down once they've filled out, taking in consideration the number of customers that steps in Daily I strongly recommend to check the whole tables every 15-30 mins, and a monitor for CCTV in the bar could also help to determine if necessary to clean the floor or not. Many thanks!

Upstairs and Downstairs lotts of sofas and comfortable seats, good selection, easy access and lift for upstairs if needed :)

Good Nero in a lovely building. Always a space to sit upstairs and rarely much of a queue.

·

Tables full of used coffee cups and dirty plates no one clearing Tables floors not cleaned with people's dropped rubbish, slow service

Once AgAin excellent service provided. Was served by a new Barista and he was very pleasant indeed. I really like the Building very unique compared to other Caffé Nero's I visited. I was absorbed by the fascinating scenery and it's location. In my opinion second only to my other Favourite Caffé Nero in Aylesbury. Highly recommended

I don't regularly frequent the cafe but today ordered coffee and a pastry and sat outside. The coffee had a bitter burnt taste which I exchanged for a fresh one. Returning outside, My pastry too had a burnt flavour. It was burnt underneath. I couldn't be bothered to return the pastry. I did get a voucher for a free coffee

My partner and I absolutely love Caffe Nero and have been going frequently for years, however we recently moved into the area and have been shocked by the taste of our usual orders (mocha & latte) The coffee tastes bitter and burnt and just so unpleasant that we’ve had to pour them away twice. We’re quite upset as this is the only Nero around and we do really enjoy (the usually tasting) Cafe Nero’s coffee. Would maybe be good for the Reigate shop to check their beans or better maintain / clean their machines!?

Terrible service from a team who had no idea what they were doing and a manager who did nothing... The coffee was just as bad, tasted like stale over heated milk
