Chilango in Reigate and Banstead

I ordered a chicken salad and it was absolutely delecious. Swapped out the cheese and salsa for bbq sauce and vegan sauce. Really nice, tender grilled chicken full of flavour, nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. Will be coming here again

Orders frequently incorrect. Ordered a box without rice and it came full of rice. Once or twice can be written off as a mistake perhaps (although it's only a matter of reading) but repetition of the practice suggests it's a commercial strategy. Decided to let their head office know this time but they didn't reply.

Beware of this place, half of the ingredients were missing from my box. They apparently doesn't care about their customers nor food quality.

They don't give you fork on delivery on a chicken box that need to be eaten using fork. I had to use my hand. Shame on you

Ordered a steak burrito and a spicy beef taco.Steak burrito was dryer than the Sahara desert. The so called steak comes in small slices, tastes a week old and has the texture of rubber(see picture). Barely any sauce (sour cream and cheese) inside.The taco was just as much of a letdown, the spicy beef also tasted like a plastic container and a week old. The beef was minced and also zero sauce or anything to make something be more juicy.Disappointed. Will never order again 😒

The 2nd time I have placed an order for a hotbox without rice and the contents of the salad part was very sparce to the extent there was only lettuce....not a pepper or onion in sight. Quite disappointed as used to love this place.

Ordered the vegan chicken burrito through deliveroo, and it had beef and prawns in it! The vegan one was on the receipt, so it's not deliveroo's fault. The restaurant didn't answer the phone when I tried to contact them about the mistake either. It was my first time getting food from here, and it will definitely be my last.

Had a good experience in this spot with my friend. The food arrives quick and the service is just excellent. Prices are convenient.

Easy self ordering system - four of them and intuitive so minimal wait and easy to customise the order. Food also had decent flavours though lettuce was a little iffy and the tortilla chips didn’t have too much flavour.

Near the tram station, this restaurant serves up quick and tasty burritos, tacos, and salads. The staff was friendly and helpful.
