Rude and unprofessional staff. I ordered using a gift card on the website, which is also terrible, although I clicked "today" and it said it will be ready in 2 hours, it for some reason later changed my day selected to the following week.My wife went to collect with our baby which is when the error was discovered, although she said not to worry and we'd come back and collect the following week the staff were very rude and unprofessional to her. I appreciate I should have double checked the date when confirming the order, but the staff didn't need to have an attitude about it especially as my wife said we'd collect on the date the system had changed it to. There should be no issue after that, If the system is causing these issues it needs to be looked into, I will never be returning.

Rude staff- thought I'd pop in and treat myself as the reviews are good but the lady who served me on the till insulted my choice of main and pudding! Asking me if it was for the same meal and saying "that's a lot of pastry" followed by a judgemental condescending look......Needless to say I won't be returning.

rude staff on Saturday October30th . We had a voucher, we didn't Realise it was an e voucher and could not be redeemed in shop. so, try ordering online and the stock they have in the shop is unavailable online. joke of a system. unhelpful and rude staff. Gutted we have to go back to make use of our voucher to be honest. after this... never again!

I really like COOK. It's basically frozen food for those who might otherwise turn their nose up at Iceland but what they offer is pretty amazing. Very good quality food, packaged and ready to go with everything from small meals for 1 through to entire dinners and desserts for many. You will pay more but why not indulge every so often?

Not sure what meals people are finding nice, the moussaka certainly wasn’t! Bit of an insult to Greek food really. Tasteless and almost raw slices of potato, wouldn’t buy again.

I am really taken aback how rude the staff are.I appreciate the Christmas and COVID-19 stress but these folks are damaging the brand.I went in to buy something that showed up as in stock online and was argued with when I enquired about it. This escalated to the point two of the staff almost belittled me despite me showing clearly their online stock indicated the item was available in the shop.When I tried to think of an alternative meal to buy I wasn’t offered a menu and the staff member stood there arms folded.Something might have sold out or be unavailable. But please be civil. I will repeat this story to everyone I know that shops there because this is the damage your obstinate staff have inflicted.

Level up you lazy day treat meals. These genuinely are not your average frozen meals, the ones I have tried so far taste more like restaurants quality meals. Highly recommended giving them a try!

Just enjoyed our first ever meal from Cook. We had Beef Bourguignon, Dauphinoise potatoes, and Creamed Spinach. Absolutely delicious, thoroughly recommend.

Service in store has always been lovely. However today I was accused by a member of staff of purposely avoiding paying for my order after there was a payment issue with their website. I actually felt like I was being treated like a criminal.I missed a few calls over the weekend but assumed that was about an earlier internet issue that their HQ solved for me. When I did pick up the call on Monday, the tone was very accusational. Elaine was quite rude when I said I couldn’t pay at that moment as I was in the middle of feeding my baby. I said I would call back before the end of the day but 1.5 hours I received another call. This time my baby was asleep on me and so I couldn’t access my card details. When I said it feels like you think I am purposely trying to get out of paying she replied with “it seems that way”. I felt so insulted. I ended up having to wake my baby just to get it all paid and done with.

Hand-cooked food at similar prices to M&S next door, but much better quality and choice. The friendly and slightly barmy staff make every visit fun. Highly recommended.
