Had my lunch today in costa not very good. Had toasted ham and cheese, only toasted one side the other side was soggy. Had a pot of tea, the water wasn't boiled just warm that wasn't good. won't be going for lunch again 😪

·

Always great service in Costa regardless of where you go.

·

Great coffee shop, staff friendly, tables kept spotlessly clean, good place to relax whilst in Reigate.

·

Friendly staff and the flat white with the suggestion winter coffee beans taste good, too.

·

Plenty of tables out of use to ensure social distancing, and dine out to help out offer ensured it was not too expensive. I find costa can be a bit hit and miss but my coffee was good on this occasion.

The coffee is not too bad here and the barista do not burn the coffee too often, which is a common practice at café Nero (maybe burning everything is in their basic training over there, who knows?)Staff are generally friendly and service is smooth. The one thing that lets this location down is hygiene unfortunately. On many occasions you are greeted by a sewerage scent coming from somewhere or other various unknown (and unpleasant) smells. The walls are absolutely horrendous and look like the walls of an abandoned crack house. The tables and cutlery/kitchenware is always visibly dirty as well which is pretty off putting if you're eating food using it.This location would benefit from an industrial clean and some kind of hygiene review to get it back on track.

Very dirty, from the walls, to the cutlery and plates, everything is just dirty. The selection of food isn't great if you have a dairy intolerance, the only thing you can get is a bacon and chicken sandwich which isn't great if you don't eat pork or a fruit salad. Not very impressed. The americano is drinkable if you really need a coffee but mostly burnt. Only reason to go here is because it opens earlier than the better coffee shops in Reigate. Would not come here otherwise.

Very dirty tables, chairs, floor, toilets, walls, trays. Not a very pleasant experience. Won't be going back.

This branch of Costa Coffee is located in the town centre with access to all the shops, parking and a supermarket. This branch has toilets that are usually very clean, a great number of seats with plenty of space and sofas where you can take a laptop and do some work if needs be.The staff at this branch has never been anything short of excellent, welcoming and polite which is very appreciated. The prices are reasonable for a coffee chain and the food is of great standard. They sell hot and cold food, fantastic coffee of all varieties and they welcome any variations of the drinks they make to accommodate particular diets. I have always liked Costa coffee as they are reasonable in price and the venues are always cosy.

When this Costa first opened, it was absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. And some of the staff still are very much so. However many of the baristas here come across as rude and don't seem to care at all about anything they're doing. It's little things like not listening to what I'm saying, so getting me to repeat myself or forgetting to give napkins with hot food items or whispering to each other behind the counter. Not really impressed anymore which is such a shame because some members of staff REALLY do care about not pissing us off at seven in the morning.
