Absolutely delicious, the beef cheek Bourguignon was divine and the staff made our experience, just excellent. We have also been to the Norwich branch with the same result.....Cote is an excellent chain, which makes a pleasant change. Thank you.

Very disappointing. Have lived in Reigate 4 years and had never been to Cote until today. Unfortunately the service was absolutely awful. Our breakfasts were slammed down infront of us, literally on top of the baby’s toys on the table. The scowls and unfriendliness on the faces of all the waitresses was so apparent, the entire table noticed. There are so many nicer restaurants in Reigate with staff who go above and beyond - will definitely not be returning again any time soon.

Walked in at 6.30 on a Monday night, place was 1/4 full, then we were asked by a very condescending youngster,if we’d booked? His attitude alone was enough for us to turned round, walk out and go to the Argentinian steak house down the road, which was fantastic. Serious attitude adjustment required here.

Delicious food and lovely service from all the waiters, especially the Latin looking waitress who seemed to be very aware of our needs; although she wasn't assigned to our table. Thank you to all three waiters that served us.

The service was good, waiters very nice and helpful. The sauce on the muscles didn't taste of much, under seasoned, the muscles needed a few minutes more cooking. The steak was good, but I asked for medium well when I got well done. It was still good though. The calamari was very nice. Overall, my experience was decent.

I haven't visited Cote for a few years and to be fair I don't think I will be back anytime soon. Our waitress from Czech Republic was very friendly and helpful, food was just okay... I ordered fish stew spicy and there was no spice at all, kids burger came medium rare so had to send back , but that's not such a big deal. What upset me, was the behaviour of a senior member of staff( possibly a supervisor or floor manager) he used ladies toilet and left the toilet in a disgusting condition which I won't describe!!! Very unhygienic and my child and I were made to feel very uncomfortable that we had ti use the toilet after him.I mentioned to this our waitress but no one from management came over and an apologies....!!!

Quite disappointed as we like this place. We had lunch on 15th February. My reservation asked for the front restaurant but we were placed in the back section which was rather cold. Even worse the menu had several dishes off, apparently because they hadn't restocked since Valentines day. The steak frits, which I always have, was very tough and my partner found it inedible. The only bright spot was the Tart Tatin which my partner had. Due to the cold we were pleased to leave as fast as possible. I hope the standard gets back to what it was.

The food here is very nice, a little slow on service. But the pudding was out of this world, melt in the mouth. My 8yr old daughter loved the children's menu. Would definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay at Côte the other night.- The service is outstanding absolutely delighted, staff are friendly and supportive. -The portions are decent and nicely created, only down thing is the cheese burger was not good for 12£ value.-The calamari is famous here and the frites are my family’s most favourite.-The kid 2 courses for 7£ is nicely made with options- The vibes are great, clean and bright for any occasion

Our family favourite. We go there for most of our celebrations. Wide varied menu, good children’s menu. Service is always good and staff are very friendly and helpful.Lovely atmosphere. The liver start, ribeye steak and the cheese board is our favourite.
