Domino's Pizza Redhill in Reigate and Banstead

Very poor pizza. Nothing much but crust. The wings and wedges were ok. The cookies, small and overcooked. Not recommended

had a few good orders and no issues with delivery. but another Pizza company charging for delivery now. So no more orders from me.

Gave me food poisoning, avoid.Purchased food at the store and both myself and my partner were violently sick for the weekend following a Friday night “Treat”…. I decided to contact dominos directly as I considered this quite a serious issue how unwell we were. I was after a month or so sent a letter saying “our food Saftey inspection was ok and we sold a lot of pizza and we had no other complaints”Shocking customer service in this day and age. I would avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Ordered over 2 hours ago and it said delivered on the app. When I called the store they had no idea about my order. I’m still waiting ….

Waited 1hr 15minutes. Called and they said they couldn't find us (even though delivered numerous times). Had a wrong number but no apology, could have emailed? Been rubbish the last couple of times. Never had problems before.

We ordered 2 pizzas and they arrived 1.5 hours late, cold and with our drinks missing. We were promised a £20 discount in our next order. We called them up but they refused to give us the discount. Poor customer service, do not order from them. They can't be trusted.

Have had two occasions where the app says the pizza has left the shop for delivery but then turns up half an hour later and virtually cold. Tried calling to find out what the status was and got hung up on before I could ask the question, second time put on continuous hold and finally third time for through to someone. Wont be using again

Ordered pizza the other week. Took two hours to show up, I complained of course and was told I would have £10 credit against my number. Called up on the 21st Oct(the following week) and was told that there was no such credit and they wouldn't be honouring it. Customer service is very rude and the waiting time is now just ridiculous and their app is useless as says pizzas are delivered when they're not

Pizza arrived about an hour after the quoted time, and every time we rang up to chase it up got told a different time and a different excuse. When it finally did arrive the food was cold and one of the pizzas was wrong. Would not recommend.
