Elite Fish & Chips & Kebab House in Reigate and Banstead

The complete opposite of elite. The staff don't pay attention and very run down. They really need to upgrade. Not just that but it's out of the way from everything. The only good thing about it is the bin outside so I can put my food in it once paying an extra money because the owner and staff can't count. Please don't visit because the hygiene rating is next to nothing so STAY AWAY!

This chip shop has gone down hill, have used them for around twenty years, and the last four collections we have had have been greasy and the chips seem as if they have been sitting there ages,(hard and cold).All they seem interested in is the deliveries, Not the customer in the shop.

Really nice food, staff was really nice and this kid from my school told me to come here.

Very good fish and chips, better than the Bridge and Tatt Corner

This place has definitely improved in recent times. Our last order was nicely cooked, delivered quickly, and tasted pretty good. It wasn't the finest fish and chips I've ever had, but if definitely recommend. The polar opposite of our experience around a year ago!

Ok first time ordering from here . And not that great. Was told up to an 1hr wait. Was 1hr20 minutes. When food came onion rings cold. Chips cold. But kebab was warm and nice flavour . Probably not order from here again for delivery.

Quite literally the worst kebab shop I have ever been to. The guy was rude af and I paid almost 6 quid for a small doner which was VILE! Had to put most of it in the bin.1 star is default, this place deserves none.

Wow, if you live in this area I am sure you will be well aware of the portion size and quality of the fish and chips from this establishment, I was a transient worker in the area and I witnessed several work vans turning up to get their lunch here. It is an exceptional meal and worth the visit. I did not try the kebabs but from what I could see they also looked top quality meats.

awfull.......18 quid worth of food got mevery very soggy microwaved cheesy chip made from chips that were already not fresh.and a pot of "large donor meat" tiny portionI had the large lamb sheesh wrap that was truly horrid I assume he had just cleaned the grill and left all of the burnt product on and failed to brush it off correctly I ended up having burnt lamb with black powder on.avoid. avoid. avoid.3/4 of it went into the bin.

Very rude staff who does not listen to the order given. I ordered burger today and they sent me with a burnt one. Called them and they said to keep the burnt one and will send a new one. When the delivery man came they asked for the previous one back. Though i already threw it, they refused to give the new one and started swearing at me. And i even showed the photos of their burnt burger. They just literally became so ridiculous!
