New Tong Fung in Reigate and Banstead

Delivery was quick. Food in the bin though. Ribs had more gristle than meat, chicken balls tasted doughy. And every thing else was as bland as bland can be. Oh and the rice and noodles where over cooked. Probably left over from earlier in the day and reheated. We should of stuck with Happy House.

Unfortunately we didnt get to taste the food here as the lady who greeted me on entrance was shockingly rude! I eventually ended up walking out during the process of ordering after the lady started shouting at me to hurry up they were closing soon! (In 40 minutes). A shame really, as after a 12hr shift I was hungry and my family at home were really looking forward to a nice Chinese meal on NYE. Ended up with Pizza, least the service was better!

Great food this evening really tasty only one small thing which I shall not post about as overall it was fabulous and I’ll order again.

Been using this Chinesse for a long time (take away)and never had a bad meal from there always delivered hot would highly recommend

This is our go-to Chinese for delivery - when we have cash on us - or take away (we use them much less now that they are cash only for deliveries).Consistently good quality food, deliveries always arrive piping hot.Pricing is consistent with the local area.There's only been one mistake with our order in four years of using them which is fantastic going as we'll have used them close to a hundred times.I would love to see more imaginative vegetarian/vegan options and an online ordering system, app or for them to join just eat to allow for card payments for deliveries.

The food was really good but the service was shocking. I’ve had better service at hmp high down. I’d defo recommend getting takeaway rather than dining in

The worst customer service in the world. Not only was delivery late, they forgot half of our order they also messed up the half they did send. An absolute shambles. Asked for no mushrooms due to an allergy and they called us liars when we called them to say there was mushrooms in it. And then after checking with the chef that there is indeed mushrooms in it. When calling them to ask about it they kept putting the phone down so had to keep continuously ringing them. Refused to give us a refund and the manager refused to come on the phone to us. I Will NEVER order from them again. I would choose zero stars however that’s not an option unfortunately.

For delivery I can give 5 stars that was quick,but for food not more than 2 stars. The food was without taste, egg fried rice no taste and found there 5 tiny pieces of egg in the whole portion. Chicken in black bean sauce and yellow bean sauce was without taste and vedgetable were added raw without having cooked or sautayed before. Chicken in the sauces was before boiled and pieces added in the sauce because the chicken was tasteless.The same was with the cashew nuts just added on the top. Specil Chow main noodles were not edible,plain taste meat was like chewing gum and no taste at all.Will never ever order again,and definetly don't recommend .

It is a shame. New Tong Fung Chinese restaurant in Redhill, does not do their usual buffet anymore, phoned up to book a table for 6 people and the lady said NO MORE buffet available due to government rules after reopen on the 4th July. We are disappointed. Luckily a friend found another Blue Lake Chinese restaurant do buffet Horley and we went last night. The foods are good and the staffs really polite. We had an wonderful meal and we be coming back for more also for up coming birthday, gathering and Christmas.
