Novotel in Reigate and Banstead

What a gem! We love our local No12 restaurant. Lovely cocktails, excellent food and situated in a tranquil location.My wife always asks for date night here and we’ve never been disappointed!

Good service friendly staff good food fish was lovely.

This was a disappointing evening food wise ! Very average, could have made myself with a tin of tomato and a tiny bit of octopus 🐙. Staff were pleasant but not attentive enough , had to ask for Parmesan , sauces etc. Sadly the whole party felt that the restaurant lacked and didn’t live up to its pricing !

Been here a number of times now. And not been disappointed with the standards. Bring back the scotch egg!

No12 is a phenomenal restaurant, it is one of our local favourites and we have been coming here for years now. It's a little known secret that Kingswood locals keep to themselves. If you can get a reservation, this is definitely a restaurant you don't want to miss!

Good food always but let down by poor front of house who were not attentive and had bad attitude, focusing on getting home early rather than serving customers. Also standing around chatting looking atheir phones whilst we were left waiting for extended amounts of time for plates to be cleared, getting service and even waiting for the bill. Real shame as the chef does usually do well but even the menu had been massively simplified begging the question has the chef left and been replaced.

Wow! What a lovely treat, months without a good roast dinner and then this! Beef on the bone with all the trimmings. I was delighted. A great meal for 2 and enough left over beef to keep in sandwiches all week.

We’ve lived in Kingwood for two years. Last night was our first time to dine at No 12 Bar & Restaurant. We booked a table for two and walked down to the restaurant. The service was lovely. Loved the starter, main and dessert. We’ll definitely be going back.

First time diners taking advantage of £10 pp off. Scallop starter cooked to perfection while duck scotch eggs were a revelation. Steaks were cooked to order perfectly while sea bass was light and crispy. Veg portions generous and could be shared between two while house salad could feed 4. Only criticism was a little too much red onion in the house salad but it's only a teeny one. Lemon posset was best we've ever tasted and chocolate trifle was amazing. Overall very tasty, friendly staff and will be returning.
