Pistachios in the Park in Reigate and Banstead

DISCRACEFUL SERVICE, vilest woman in the world, she should not be serving customers.. bacon was turning and mushrooms were slimey, I am a paying customer and I have never had such a unprofessional member of staff act that way on my life… will never eat here again, I have heard so much bad stuff about this place but thought I would try. If she is a manager she needs to go on a customer service course… my special needs kids and my three year old was present and in shock of her screaming to the whole restaurant “BACON IS GREEN, DONT TOUCH THE BACON”

What a lovely cafe and fabulous staff. Had really good food, fast and friendly service. Lady who helped us with our noisy dog was so kind and welcoming. Wish we lived nearer.

Very rude manager who would not give a glass of tap water without payment and I was then unable to take my medication whilst on a walk in the park with no money on me. She is a total witch to staff and customers alike. Save your time and money and AVOID!!!

I'm at a loss re the bad reviews, it is an excellent cafe. Food is very good, reasonably priced and a wide selection. All the staff are very friendly. We visit about once every 6 weeks and have never had a bad experience. We visit with 2 dogs and my brother who is in a wheelchair, the manager always goes out of her way to ensure we are well looked after. I only wish other establishments were as accommodating.

We are regular visitors. We often pop in half way through our walk in the week. The owner always gives us a very warm welcome , I can't speak for the rest of the menu as we always stick to our firm favorite - Toasted Chicken and Bacon. Generous portion. Really do not have a bad word to say about the place, to the comfortable indoor and outdoor seating , the friendly staff and comforting hot drinks. Will keep going back.

Awful experience from who seemed an experienced member of staff. My child who was desperate to use the toilet was denied even though the premises were still in process of closing.Resulted in him having an accident in public, then denied the opportunity to wash my hands after the episode.Have visited several times in past as paying customer but not any more, after todays total lack of compassion

Quick to take your money then make you wait a long time for your drinks. Also a bit pricey for the small portions. It may have been busy but that's not my fault. It still costs the same

Racist towards travellers, lost my phone in the park was handed back to the cafeThe woman then found something offensive on my screen and tried to steal the phone saying im lucky shes giving it back. The staff are rude and racist, also when i read out the other reviews on here to her was asked to leave the cafe, the owner is rude and arrogant. I suspect shes in a unhappy marriage due to looking the way she does.

Not a family friendly place. Asked for hot water to make up a milk bottle formg baby and was told to pay for it into a charity box (this is after having food and ice creams in the cafe). I told the lady, who I think is the manager, that other places wouldn't ask for money. She told me to mind my own business and said that I should bring my own water for my baby, as she disappeared into the kitchen, not even waiting for my response. I came home feeling angry and upset by the rudeness I received in this place. I now feel reluctant to go back there, which is upsetting. I visit the park on a regular basis and would wish for a friendly coffee place to take my family to.

Enjoyed some lovely food under the safety of their outdoor jumbrellas. Food was amazing, staff very friendly. Deffo be back!
