The pizza was not as described and when I questioned it, I was given a very lame excuse. The vegan guiseppe pizza is clearly described as having tomatoes on it along with parsley. So having not eaten it before, it certainly didn't look like what I was expecting so I questioned it. I was told it doesn't have tomatoes only tomatoe sauce? I also questioned where the parsley was.. all in all, the pizza was not nice.My granddaughters food had to be returned, due to over cooked dough balls turning them into hard balls! And her pasta had to be returned because that too was rock hard and overcooked (they cook it in the oven) ..I didn't enjoy the experience here and rate coulsdon branch way better on every level

Good food okay service!Beware we wanted ham on a margarita and an egg it was £8 extra! And the ham was certainly not worth a £1 let alone 5!!! We sent back for more ham and had it returned with cold ham shoved on the top and a chef with an attitude.On a plus side black olives, red onion, are free additions to any pizza 🍕 😋 👌Download the app and get free doughbslls. Pizza express Banstead always looks after us!We very rarely have any negative experience here, and if we do they sort it where they canThe toilet situation can be a bit hit and miss, but the restaurant itself is clean and the service is always goodI recommend the prosciutto and mozzarella salad

Recently booked the place for a kids make your own pizza party. It was a great experience. The party host was very good with the kids and made it very interactive. Both the kids and the parents enjoyed it. The host was quite hard working and managed most of the work on his own and little supported by the other staff. The restaurant added service charges over the total bill which was a bit surprising as the receipt clearly mentioned that service charges are added when serving tables of 7 and more “adults” and this was a kid’s party. There was no adult table serving involved although we did ask for a few fresh plates/cups for water and cake/pizza for the parents. Not enough plates/cutlery was provided. My feedback to the branch manager is not to add service charges to the kid’s party part of the bill. This will enable customers to properly add the gratuity for the host. Once again, the host did a good job.

We were warmly greeted by the staff at this restaurant on a very cold night. The restaurant looked festive and bright with the Christmas decorations. I was delighted to find they served pink Prosecco, my companion had the white. We both ordered lasagne and it was served freshly cooked and was delicious. All the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout the evening and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there.

Ordered the vegan sloppy joe and mushroom pizza on deliveroo. Terrible is the word. The pizza had just quorn pieces and half a cherry tomato with cheeze. Can any of you see the green pepper, red onion, smoky chilli and garlic in this pizza?The mushroom pizza was basically the same with the quorn replaced by mushroom. Tasteless, cold and terrible for the price. Very disappointed.
