Pret a Manger in Reigate and Banstead

To the management of Pret.The issues that are now showing in the North Terminal are multiplying since the opening of the South Terminal on Sunday. Inexperienced staff not knowing how to operate the till, coupled with broken card readers led me standing in a queue which was about 7 customers deep (so not busy) for nearly 15 minutes. The chip reader didn't work and a number haven't worked in weeks. Staff asking customers to pay by cash is simply not good enough. I left my breakfast on the counter and am now considering cancelling my subscription and going to Pure instead. I suspect many other people will do the same if these issues are not resolved. Get some new card readers installed and make sure that staff operating the tills are capable of using them without taking about 1 minute to ring up one item. If people are paying £25 a month to your company for a subscription, then please ensure that our customer experience is a pleasant one, otherwise Pure is looking like a very good alternative.

Card reader machine never works in the morning. Long waiting time for a cup of coffee. Always seems to be understaffed. Poor customer service.

Shelves not well stocked ,attention by staff needs improvement. Walked out without ordering

Poor service. Now even being busy the guy didn’t hear my order properly and when I asked him to change it cause was his fault he refused. I asked again politely but he didn’t. He said they are already made so they can’t be changed. When I started leaving he start saying something and with his body language he was showing me to leave. So rude.0 stars from me.

Fresh food, from time to time has different teas to try, extended sitting area so easier to find a spot to sit down. The only downside is prices.

Food is good but they are no longer heating up wraps which Is dissapointing (stated due to contamination).

Good quality, fast service, friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointed. We were charged full price for a tiny coffee just because they had run out of cups and the excuse was the computer system would not let them adjust the price. Felt like being robbed and not just us but also all the customers they had that morning. Would avoid if possible, it is like any other restaurant chain and behaves as such.

With Pret A Manger you can never go wrong. My favorite is the cucumber tuna sandwich. So amazing.

Gross table with flies and stuff eaten long ago without anyone cleaning them. Do not recommend sitting there, we just sat to charge phones from the sockets
