Lovely clean spacious family restaurant, the food was great, staff were friendly and the service was good. It wasn't busy at all at around 5.30. Not the place for an evening dinner for two though. Better for lunches.

Very welcoming staff. It was not busy at any time and tables were always available for customers entering. The food was delicious and served very quickly.

Not exactly the warmest of welcomes and the fella seemed put out that we didn't want the table by the door that was in constant use by Deliveroo/UberEats etc.Really slow service, which I imagine was due to the queue of aforementioned delivery people hovering by the entrance.Table took a well folded napkin under one leg to make it vaguely sturdy. The food was alright, but massively overpriced for what you get.A dry garlic bread the size of a Ginsters pasty for £5.25 takes the p*ss.The Caesar salad is basically a bowl of lettuce with dressing, unless you pay an additional £2 for a handful of dry chicken. I've seen better on the Tesco meal deal for £3 and that comes with a drink and a bag of crisps. The pizza was alright, although I've had better from the chilled section in Lidl.I must say, the waitress that served us was lovely and clearly embarrassed by how long the food took.

I wish i had read some of these reviews. I ordered a spaghetti bolognese and it literally had zero meat in it. I spoke to the manager who’s exact words were “i didnt see anything wrong with it”. If that isn’t dismissive i dont know what is. He then revealed the sauce comes pre made, no wonder it has zero taste. Here is a photo of how they advertise their bolognese and then what i got. Genuinely below a teaspoon of meat. Reported non delivery and got a refund. Had my kid wanted a bowl of spaghetti after 3 hours of sport i would have made it myself.

Enjoyed a recent visit here with my family. The place looked clean and well kept. The environment was pleasant and staff were quick to seat us and take our orders. The food was fresh and hot. Very well cooked and tasted great. I have included photos as well.

Food was delicious.Water glasses pre chilled! And the jug of water came with lots of ice cubes.Staff were welcoming, friendly and super attentive. The menu has gluten free, and vegan options which is a huge bonus and the very first thing they asked after welcoming us was if we had any allergies/food intolerances. Spot on!The only downside is the weird internal glass slab decor, harsh lighting and plastic wood tables & chairs which give it a Joe's café/bistro feel to it, which is a shame because the quality of food and service was impeccable.

We had such a lovely time at Prezzo who quite happily were able to accommodate a our large group of 7. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive. For my starter, I ordered calamari which came out piping hot, super delicious and together with the rest of our table's starters. For mains, I ordered the festive mushroom tagliatelle, which was piping hot, and so tasty and full of flavour. It was so tempting to order another portion to take home with us! The orange and pomegranate cooler is one of the best mocktails we've had and would highly recommend. We had such a lovely dining experience, from being seated to leaving - courtesy of warm staff, tasty food, and Christmassy ambience.

Enjoyed a great lunch here today.Brilliant service by our waitress, really friendly. The extra touch of the water glasses coming out pre-chilled made such a difference for somthing so subtle. The pizza was tasty and the breaded mozzarella perfect. I would have liked more for the price but no reason to mark down. Will be visiting again soon I'm sure!!I'd also like to add that we used the Tesco vouchers through the clubcard app and it was effortless well worth tripling your points for.

Had a lovely lunch here today with my wife. The table service was great, the food was outstanding, will come back again. Try their posh pepperoni pizza, you won't be disappointed.

While the food wasn't mind-blowing, it was tasty. Service was very attentive and quick. Adherence to COVID regulations was almost too extreme as tables were cleaned, and cleaned and then cleaned again. Overall an enjoyable, very affordable and very much needed meal out.
