Nice pub , good beer, food OK. Good beer garden! But service is , and has always been, so slow. Never seems enough staff on.

Went down to my local pub the other night to watch the football and me and the lads had a great time. Got some food off their new menu and the bar staff member, Harry, was very helpful. Great night and will be watching games there again.

Monday evening 6 of us went to the feathers pub to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday. I took some balloons and banners in before the event and when we arrived they had put the banners up and placed the balloons in position. The staff there couldn’t have been more helpful especially the 2 guys who served our drinks and food. I would highly recommend this pub . Nice decor and atmosphere . A lovely local pub.

Very nice pub, came with a partner for some food and it did not disappoint! Quick and lovely service, would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future when in the area!

I have visited this pub on occasion for over 50 years. It has varied greatly during that timeIt is in my opinion now a great pub. A variety of seating. Very good selection of drinks including real ale and a very good menu.My penchant is for ribeye steak. On three visits now recently I have been presented with excellent quality and cooked to perfection. The staff are also freindly and helpfull. In my opinion a great pub/eateryA must to visitKeith Reading

A lovely relaxed Friday night at the Feathers with family. The new menu is great with plenty of choice including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. The food was very tasty, the garlic prawns were amazing. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will definitely visit again. We were served by Mia (apologies if spelling is incorrect) who was very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing. Paid £20 to book for Mother's Day lunch. At the beginning, it was going OK. Drinks and 2 starters arrived, but everything went downhill from here. Ended up waiting for over 2 hours and no more food arrived. No one checked on us during the wait. When we asked a couple of staff when they were fleeing past, we kept being told it "should be 10-15 minutes”. Eventually we had to ask for just any food they could serve up for our very hungry 14-month-old. No food ever arrived and no one checked or told us what happened, let alone apologising - just left us at our table, decaying both physically and mentally.
