Disappointingly poor.This place has gone right down hill.The tables were dirty, and uncleared, leaking water from the ceiling. Furniture stacked up on tables. The food was only just acceptable, and only just warm.The only saving graces, were the staff were pleasant enough, and it's cheap. Cheap yes... Pleasurable... The jury's still out on that one!

I’ve visited this pub a few times and honestly the food is always great the staff are fantastic and cheerful! Only thing I’d say I had a problem with was finding the toilets so i went to the disabled toilet downstairs (usual loo is upstairs)

Usual Wetherspoons value. Food was good, hot and cheerfully served. First 2 real ales requested were 'off', however the Abbot was in top condition. Our Spanish travelling companions were impressed.

Manager in this pub was out of order too heavy handed and should of got done for assault, I do understand he needs to manager a public house but think the work manager went to his head who ever uses this pub becareful not to drink more then 3 glasses of wine as the manager thinks it's to much and will put your arm up your back arm round your neck and take you outside and chuck you into a tree, other staff was very nice so be warned manager not nice

Always enjoy visiting here a good example of what can be done when part of a large group..Again another excellent visit this afternoonWe called in for a 99p refillable coffee and a 99p pint of Ruddells prices that are unbeatableThose of us who can remember the old days need to go back years to remember when we had these prices.Service in this establishment as on previous visits was perfect very polite and pleasant staffTables cleared and disinfected quickly between customers

Disappointing. Two pints of the same beer. One is obviously different. We were told that there is no problem and that Brewdog changed their recipe. “There is a press release about it” said the barman. However, I couldn’t find one in the internet and was surprised that it happened over one pint.

Nice clean spoons, good service and food

This is a Wetherspoons which is very good on occasions and extremely annoying on others; yet provides very good value for money for drinks and food.Some of the staff here work really hard to welcome you and provide excellent customer service; others however do not have a ounce of common sense, are rude and incompetent.The real ale fan will be disappointed by the selection of only two guest ales at best, however they are normally kept very well.The food is standard Wetherspoon fare, as are the drinks; the pub offers greater value for money than anywhere else in the town and is worth a trip from the nearby Gatwick Airport ( five minutes on the train and a short walk).

Saturday 20th came to jacks for drink and meal. Never seen it so busy. Well done to bar and floor staff. Haven't stopped for last 3 HOURS BRILLIANT. From loyal customers Ken+Liz

Definitely the best fish and chips from any wetherspoons I've visited. Lovely pint of brewdog and very very good service. Young gentleman came instantly with some sliced lemon for my fish within seconds of my request. Great wetherspoons. Well,and truly worth a visit. Well done also to the cheerful staff and management
