Really lovely friendly staff, clean hotel, comfy bed, nice towels, hallway a bit smelly ,no air conditioning quite hot at night, good breakfast, beefeater as not much around, but nice beer garden, bit noisy fan in toilet, but in all a good stayrestaurant, you need a car

As expected from a Premier Inn. Convenient for work and very reasonably priced. There were a few funky smells in the corridor and room. The bathroom smelled damp and cleanliness of the room could be improved. The bed itself was very comfy and clean.

·

Standard premier in. Clean and comfortable nights sleep. Overnight very quiet as it is set well back from the road. Entry signage could be bigger as it is a busy road and would help as the driveway is somewhat shrouded.

Clean, tidy, lovely welcome as always. The extraction fan and class shower pane in the bathroom were faulty but I’m sure they’ll be fixed soon as receptionist seemed attentive. Didn’t ruin our stay at all. Great sleep. Would recommend this hotel :)

I would not stay here again. Not very clean with stains on the sheets and chair. Mould in the bathroom and paint peeling off the windows. Mould around the window frames. I have stayed in a lot of Preimer Inns and this one I would rate lower than a Travelodge

I was met by a very friendly and attentive reception staff. The rooms was very spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable, we stayed in a family room on the ground floor. The only issues we had are, we could hear the other guest walking upstairs and talking in the corridor sometimes but it didn't affect us greatly.

·

If you stay on the ground floor you can hear guests moving around on the floor above, incredibly loud, we stayed with small children and the guests above us were walking around their room from 01:30 to 02:30; waking us all up. Structural problem there. I claimed the good night Sleep Guarantee (Which would have appeased me) but was denied saying I had not reported it to the staff at the hotel, i reported it one day after stay online, based on this statement on the website ("Most guests let us know if there’s been a problem while they’re still staying with us. However – if you don’t get the chance to do that, you have up to seven days from check-out to claim on our Good Night Guarantee.") So anyway, they have lost me as a customer, i know they don't care but maybe this will help others choose another hotel.

Hotel Signage isnt lit up on the main road so it is possible to miss the turning (we did)Overall an average stay, on arrival only one towel despite the room being booked for 2 Adults. No TV remote and only one extra pillow which was stained throughout.Shower and Tap water does not stay at a consistent temperature, consistently goes boiling hot to warm - regardless of the setting. The pressure drops and then regains on a regular basis.Receptionist more than happy to provide the extra pillows, towel and a TV remote - although this was a bit of a faff to sort out.Had an evacuation just before 22.00 of the hotel premises although during which no communication or apology from any staff member which questions the Integrity of Premier Inn evacuation protocols.

Check in was nice and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, shower sadly had weak pressure but it wasn't unexpected. Temperature was good. Bed was great. All you needed in a hotel room
