Wagamama in Reigate and Banstead

Will always continue to come to wagamama Reigate, they’re always so kind and the food is always great! As someone with a hidden disability they have always been super accommodating, even when they’re clearly very busy!! And the recent pride lanyards are such an amazing addition, I hope to continue to see them year round🏳️‍🌈

The food it's lovely! The staff it's willing and kind, but disorganised and disruptive. The starter arrived much longer after the main being delivered. The staff is knocking onto each other as they don't know what to do. 20+ mins wait for drinks to be told those weren't actually available. There is evident lack of efficient management, which is a shame. Could have been a lovely afternoon...

Wagamama is a good fusion restaurant where you can fulfill your asian food cravings. I like their ramen options but the sides/starters would probably be my favourites, especially the Tama squid and Chilli squid. Although, they are a bit overpriced, I must say. But the food they serve is good enough for the price. You would sometimes crave for it too.

Great food! Staff were so helpful & friendly. They invited my son & his friend into the kitchen to serve their own desserts. They loved the experience & the aprons they were given. Such a nice thing to let them do.

Great dinner at the restaurant.Good and service great too, and not kept waiting too long to get in.Main thing stopping it getting 5 stars is that the kids food came last despite being ordered first.Priority for kids food should be a must.Would be great if you could book a table in advance too.

Lovely food and really friendly staff. My son and his friend were invited the to serve their own ice cream in the kitchen, and were given aprons to take home, they were so pleased! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience! We came in on a busy Saturday evening, but did not have to wait very long. All the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and arrived in good time. The new menu has great new flavours, suitable for all dietary needs. Highly recommend!

All in all it's a nice restaurant. The service is always good and the staff is very friendly. The only problem is that the dishes are being served randomly with massive gaps between one another. So, it is often the case that somebody in the group already finished eating by the time another one receives the food. It's a bit annoying. It seems to me that the restaurant optimised the operation for the kitchen instead of the customers.

My friend and I recently ate at Wagamama in Reigate, the service and the food were both great! We had chilli squid and pork belly steamed buns to start and noodles after. I can recommend the pad Thai with chicken and prawn!
