White Lotus Thai Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

Made a preorder on just eat app, first time ordering from this take away. Order arrived within 45 mins as expected. Very tasty food, full of flavour. Ordered Pad Thai noodles, special fried rice and Panang curry. Good size portions.

Chicken was clearly old and reheated; spat it out immediately. The rest of the food was vile and threw in the bin. I don't tend to write reviews, but the food was disgusting.

Great tasting food and always hot when delivered

This used to be a regular for us, but then, for some reason, the quality of the service and food, started to go down. I haven't gone back since.

We ordered two coconut rice, one green Thai Curry and a Massaman Curry, the food literally tastes like they mistakenly added sugar to their dishes instead of salt . It was practically inedible because it was so sweet. We ate two bites and didn't eat it anymore. Inedible and disgusting.

Absolutely amazing! The food tasted really good and I really enjoy it. I've been ordering from them for years now and I've never had an issue. I want to say a massive thank you to management, it was my birthday on the 10th of Sep and they were so gracious to me and gifted me with a birthday desert. Thanks once again.

Very simple and minimal designed restaurant, food is good, only issue was with dim sim (very dry). Some other dishes were good, give it a go and shortlist accordingly.

More than impressed.Just about the only option available for dinner past 9pm on a Tuesday so our hands were Thai'd. Granted business was slow, it's worth noting that the manager and head waitress couldn't have been more accommodating to my girlfriend & I. We sat and ate complimentary rice crackers whilst we waited for our take away meals, the manager even offered water for our dog.I also couldn't help but notice the head waitress wiping down all the menu's nice and clean while she had nothing else to do (A+ for hygiene).Ultimately and most importantly the food was well above expectation all for a reasonable price. Would recommend if in the area

Lunch times are always quiet on a Saturday - often have a very personal service! Menu selection is great, with some lesser known dishes towards the end. Food is good, portion sizes good, wine selection matches the food if you want it to. Recommended.

Well priced mains, good manner on the phone when booking a table (even though the online booking system said they had no spaces - so do call!). Green curry was much spicier than anticipated (although still very nice) might be worth checking with the waitress if you're not spice friendly! Good local restaurant - give them a try :)
