Zizzi - Banstead in Reigate and Banstead

Great evening dining out. The food was great and the service was excellent. We'll more than likely do it again.

Went on Monday evening. The restaurant was very quiet. Service was mediocre and the food lacked a bit of seasoning. A nice establishment and very well presented. Think the staff need a bit of customer service training as it seemed like none of them wanted to be there. The food was hot and freshly cooked, but could’ve been better. Probably wouldn’t return given the variety of Italian restaurants in Banstead.

Had lunch here with my friend and our young daughters. Ordered our drinks and starters but it took the waiter a while to take our main order. Then our mains came out and our starter plates weren't cleared. Food was good and tasty but could have been hotter.Children's menu has a colouring section but no pens or crayons provided. One of our daughters had the kids meal with a starter, main and pudding and our mains came out before hers and it took another 10 mins before her main came out which was a shame. It was lunch time on a Wednesday but the restaurant wasn't that busy so would have expected a better service.

Late decision for 3 of us to go for dinner. Not overly busy. Very good service. Food was excellent. . I had a peperoni pizza main which was lovely but I couldn't finish it. It was boxed up for me to take home. The prices are very reasonable for really good quality food. Recommended.

Everything was great here. Starter was so fresh and big also. Main very tasty and exactly as menu described. Staff very helpful with venue very clean. Used Tastecard to get 50% off. Highly recommended.

went to Zizzis friday 1st april .staff were very friendly lovely atmosphere too.We were served by Marta who was very accommodating making sure the food we ordered was available.service was prompt and food was very nice.we had chilli garlic and mozzarella bread,followed by a beef on the bone which was delicious jest fell off the bone and followed by a chocolate pudding.very nice food would defenately go there again

Went on a Monday evening 🌃 after Mother's Day so some items were not available and they were short staffed. Tried the new menu which was okay.

Brilliant, portions are very big though - only ate half my food. Glad that taking away food is normal here.

excellent atmosphere. fantasist service .good food choices .lovely birthday dinner even if the place was full had a great table.
