The service here was good. Food came hot, but wasn’t anything special. Me and my mum ordered different risottos . She said the vegetables in hers were tasteless and overall the meal was too. She was given flat, unbranded coke also!My risotto had lovely seafood, however with both risottos the rice was not really cooked and was really chewy, tasteless and hard. It kept getting stuck in our teeth and was fairly difficult to eat.Overall we were a little disappointed and wouldn’t return here again.

Poor quality food and hot drinks. Cannot recommend. Toilets not working.

Serves food all day up to 9pm. Food was very good for a high street cafe. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Clean, friendly and covid safety measures in place. The food was extraordinary wonderful and the staff super helpful. The kind of place I'd like to go back to.

It's alright, but nothing to shout about. Had some drinks and they were fine, but there is nothing to distinguish this place from all the others on the road

I've been here several times with my little dog Tink and will return many more times. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. The food is always of good quality, freshly cooked and excellent value for money.

A very nice Italian cafe / restaurant where you can have a meal, snack or just a coffee. Prices are reasonable and even better now as they are operating the government scheme. It's a family run restaurant with very friendly owner and staff.

We ended up at Caffe Roma last night with our daughter and a group of her friends to celebrate her 16th birthday.I have not written a negative review before but to be totally honest we were extremely disappointed - the starter portions were not unpleasant to eat but very expensive for what we were given. No dressing on salads, no fresh basil or other herbs, pasta main dishes were bland,. expensivep and poor. My daughter's £13.95 dish was pasta based mussels and king prawns - all was from frozen which is shocking for the price. Lasagna seemingly laced with sugar. Couldn't believe the final bill! And the place was very cold :( sorry but it was not a good experience.

Ordered the seafood risotto but, despite the waiter confirming that it would take an extra 20 minutes to prepare, I was given the vegetable risotto. When I questioned it, the main waiter tried to blame the 'new guy' until I reminded him that I had confirmed it with him. He didn't really have an answer and because I didn't have time to wait for a new dish, I accepted what was in front of me (with some free whitebait) but it just seemed like either they didn't have the ingredients or couldn't be bothered to cook it. They also tried to charge me for drinks that were included in the kids' menu.
