Kfc in Rother

It seemed to take an age for our food to be cooked. When it arrived the chicken was barely warm. My tea didn't arrive with my food, I was told it would be brought to me. I asked ten minutes later it was then brought out immediately.Poor service and mediocre food.

Came here cos Catcliffe KFC was rubbish. Worst food ever!! , cold when eventually received order, order wrong as well. Gravy was yuck. Drinks tasted of water, fries were disgusting, don't waste your money

Honestly. Terrible KFC staff looked untrained. and the food was just weird. And far too greasy. Also the gravy was salty and watery.This place has a major staff issue regarding professionalism and continuity. Just a mess.No wonder the food is bad if the staff are under trained. They need to try and keep there staff members trained and THERE in order to maintain high standards.Stop hiring and firing and start training and providing.

Very big change, it has been very poor in this shop for many years, I was happy to find it spotless clean.The food was hot and served promptly.The lady who cleans the table in there needs a mention, she always goes above and beyond and certainly an asset to KFC

Not enough staff, had to explain 4 times what I wanted, on collection of meal was told there were no bottles of pop, offered me 4 cups of pop, don't know how they thought I would carry them, then offered 4 cans. Need to get sorted better

Doesn't really deserve the title of fast food! Waiting around 20 mins for the food after ordering in the restaurant, then I had to remind staff they hadn't provided the drink. Disappointing is an understatement as the food was cold. Poor service all round really and slow "my tortoise can move faster service "

Disgusting. Asked for the burgers to have no sauce but the girl that served me was too interested in were the other staff was as it was her home time. So burgers came with sauce got 2 gravy when I ordered 2 beans chicken dry and cold. Shouldn't be this way as the place was completely empty. Total let down will not be going again.

Should be ashamed of yourself for putting one young girl on her own serving. You can’t expect one person to do 3 jobs at once - you’re just putting her in a position to get abuse. Which she is. Felt sorry for the girl. Look after your employees.You’re queueing for ages, you’re waiting ages for food.

Walked out after waiting in a queue they had 3 people on the front 1 taking orders one packing food not sure what the other one was doing, about 3 people on drive through someone doing fries and at least 3 in the kitchen. I remember about 15 years ago this place would have had all three on the front on tills taking their own orders and packing their own food all at once, so much faster.

Ordered with Uber eats, arrived in good time, opened up the food to find 6 pieces of recipe chicken, a zinger burger missing and the drink from the zinger meal (bare in mind the were only two items on the order). I know people who work at fast food places aren't USUALLY the most intelligent people but I'm sure reading from a list and putting things in a box aren't complicated tasks. The only upside was the woman who talked to us on the phone was apologetic and spent a fair amount of time trying to solve our problem.
