Mcdonald's Restaurants in Rother

Waited 20 minutes after the drive through, with several other customers coming and going in this time frame. Went inside to ask about what was happening and there was another customer also complaining about the long wait with priority going to the delivery drivers. Once we got our food and made it back home, the order was wrong and cold. In future I'll be going to other fast food restaurants.

Service was very slow for the breakfast menue. Maybe they was an issue somewhere but took over 10 min for sausage muffin however the actual place and staff was loverly

Queued up waiting to give order, no one there. Eventually came and placed order. Asked to check screen if all was ok. Yes it's all there. Moved to payment asked is this your order. Yes is is and payed. Picked up meal at window. Thanks and call again. Got home half of meal was missing! Phoned to complain and not answering! My son is very upset. I gave him mine. Will not be going again.

I placed an order with McDonald's at 9:30pm. The food should have been prepared and delivered to my door at 22:10 which was not the case. The wait for our food continued to delay which was alright until it got to 22:50. When it got to 22:40 I proceeded to ring McDonald's up to see what was happening with the order for them to hang up the phone half way through conversation in which lead me to ring up again and again with no answer. I then used a different phone in which they answered however, the reception I got wasn't helpful and found the staff to be quite rude. And ignorant. They didn't help in any way. I asked if they had started my order in which they replied with a ride answer. They then went on to tell me that I should cancel my order after having me wait over an hour. When going to cancel the order, it wouldn't allow me unless I continued to pay for food in which I'm not going to receive. When it got to 10:57 they decided to cancel my order.Overall, the service was terrible and the staff was quite rude

Embarrassingly bad. I deliver on ubereats. Last job they had me waiting 30 mins but the food was cooked and placed on the side 10 mins after I entered. I watched this happen. By the time the rest of the order was ready and I arrived at the customers house, the bottom of the food bag was freezing cold and wet. This happens a lot. I felt really sorry for the customer. I would rate 0 if Google let me.

Ordered chicken select, waited about 20 minutes to be given a box with only two pieces of chicken in, and even they had fallen out into the bag because the box was chucked into the bag upside down. Staff got me an extra piece when I complained but it seemed very busy and disorganised.

Just been through drive through ordered a double big mac thus is what I got... they only passed me half of order I had to ask fir my chips..... for past couple of months its been going downhill everyime our orders been wrong or missing something.... get the staff that knows what they are doing please!!!

Quite slow service, my quarter pounder was in 2 pieces and was cold, with less sauce than usual, and all the cheese and sauce was on one side of the burger so the other side was fairly bland. The coke zero was flat, too. Disappointed.

Order wasn't done right, had to go ask for the rest of the order. Tea was warm and not hot, fries was cold. Diet coke was flat even the second one they brought back to us, no ice either in the coke, staff never mentioned either. Not be going back there again.

20:30 on a Saturday evening and there's a massive queue for the drive through (to the point that it would have been difficult for diners eating inside to move their cars without a wait, due to the design of the car park). Restaurant wasn't overly busy inside, although there were plenty of Just Eat and other such delivery orders taking place, meaning that there was a wait for food. So we sat and ordered at our table, and the food took around 15 minutes to arrive. Service was friendly and the member of staff kindly brought us some extra barbecue sauce. The food was OK, typical McDonald's standard fayre, conveniently fills a gap, but never overly satisfying. Convenient for the M18, as we were travelling home.
