Came in. Ordered 3 chips. Asked for them the traditional way (in paper) and was told quite rudely that they only come in a box. Even when there's a stack of chipshop paper on the counter. The servers were polite, just the older man that lacks customer service skills - maybe he was having a bad day.

Definitely one of the best fish and chips myself and my husband have had in a very long time - if ever! Definitely cooked fresh from order and both the batter and chips were really crispy and tasty. Staff were also friendly and the shop is only a quick walk across the road so you can eat on the beach before everything starts to get soggy! Would definitely recommend!

Popped in whilst on holiday for a large chips and curry sauce. All four of us in agreement that they’re the best chips we have ever had. Chunky, crispy perfection all coated in a smooth sweet curry sauce.

We got recommended this place after collecting an item off marketplace, we did have quite a long wait after ordering (over half an hour) but.... and I don't say this lightly.... it was the best fish and chips we have ever had. Crispy, fresh, not greasy, perfect. Would rate a 6/5 if I could. Definitely hit the spot 😋

Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. The cod was so fresh, the batter so crispy and light, and the chips were perfectly crispy and golden too. Knocked off a star for charging extra for ketchup - not only that, but you can only buy it in a bottle, which is ridiculous when you're just buying a single portion.

Ended up in Bexhill after a 50mile motorbike ride and decided on a chippy tea. Was informed there was a 30 minute wait as busy but wasn't in a hurry so no issue. Glad we did wait though as probably the best fish and chips I've had.Normally the expectation is better than the reality but this time it surpassed it. Lovely fish, crispy batter and lovely chips. Will now be our go to place if we fancy chippy tea on the coast. Awesome stuff 😎

Lovely fish and chips, but for £22, 2 large cod and chips, wasn't large at all. I guess we have been spoilt with large cod in the past that was as long as the box 😂 but this was really very tasty 🙂🙂

Fish and chips were very good. Only reason it does not get five stars is because the time I went it was around a thirty minute wait. This I wouldn't have minded but we were not told when we ordered. They only started telling people later on. This was peak time on a Saturday and the staff were working extremely hard so I had no issue with a wait but I could see why others might get a bit grumpy. Food is very good and staff friendly so still recommended.

Takeaway ordered ..Medium Cod and chips twice .perfect again nice dry chips ..and nicely cooked fish beautiful. Bought 20 mins ago. Under £15. Fair price. But pre ordered today 16th Dec and chips were overdone and old..expected fresh as pre ordered that's poor...just now. May not be here again.

Really yummy chips, nice crunchy but still potatoie inside! Had the cod bites, juicy on the inside served with on a long cocktail stick so easy to eat, even my partner who's not a fan of fish enjoyed it too. Perfect to just go across the street to eat on the seafront
