Very expensive, coffee below average, had a chicken and pickle baguette and it was naff hardly anything on it. Only positive was the building

Old world type tea room outside of Battle Abbey, they have good lunch options or you can have tea and cake !Table service, friendly staff.Update !First visit for quite a while, I can thoroughly recommend the scone and cream tea!

Lovely tasty food, friendly staff and an amazing view

A lovely little restaurant over 500 hundred years old. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and cake. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little cafe, friendly staff, nice menu sandwiches and soups to omelette, chips. Cosy place situated next to the Abbey.

Weather was perfect for an outside coffee stop from our 8 mile walk around Battle and this looked lovely just outside the Battle Abbey walls..Safe service at the table for six of us and all drinks arrived together, lovely and hot.Perfect and would recommend.

Lovely setting Fantastic Staff so friendly and helpful with our Fussy eater that wanted a deconstructed chip butty. 😃 Our dog was given treats and water so we didn't have to share any chips with him! Would we come here again YES!

After finishing touring the Battle of Hastings (Battle Abbey), this is a good place to have afternoon tea.The tea and scones taste amazing! I ordered English breakfast tea and scones. It was very good that I had to get seconds for both English breakfast tea and scones. The staff are very friendly. Sitting on the patio tables while drinking tea and eating scones makes you feel relax and enjoy the outdoors. No rushing just enjoy the view.
