There are burgers and then there are BURGERS. These are the latter. Delicious. Great little place. Excellent service. Table in the sun, what more could you want.

A fabulous place to have a drink watching the world go by. Food looks amazing and sounds delicious. Will definitely have a meal there very soon.Chardonnay was delicious and perfectly cooled.Staff very attentive and had a smile whenever you asked them a question. Recommend a visit.

A lovely place to have a meal - friendly staff, great ambience and the food was SO nice. The corn ribs are amazing! It is also dog friendly, so brilliant all round. We will be back. Thanks for a great meal.

Lovely food, delicious people and superfriendly atmosphere…. Or the other way round???!!!

Lovely atmosphere staff very helpful and pleasant good range of drinks.Very disappointed with food. Menu not displayed outside so you can only see it once you have entered. Not a large selection which is usually a good sign that what you order is usually very good.I had shell on King Prawns with a very tasteless dip.My husband had sticky beef which turns out to be minced meatballs with a sticky sauce tasty but also under cooked in middle. We both ordered flat bread with skewer chicken with tzatzikiDressing. This was totally tasteless I asked for a sauce to give itSome taste I was presented with more of the same or a garlic oil which yet again had no taste, I had to ask my husband to try it as I thought perhaps I had lost my taste buds. He thought exactly the same no garlic what so ever.

Delicious burger and chips enjoyed this week. Great unique menu, good selection of beers and wines, with a lovely friendly team. Amazing on a sunny day in Bexhill. Must visit.

Third recent visit. First time was okay. Second time was not, so I left a note for the manager. Today was poor and I have now given up.The problems are food, animals and clientele. The food is average because it is poorly cooked. Today my burger bun was untoasted on the top and burned on the bottom. I left it to make the point, not that I would have eaten it. Dishes are barely warm. Desserts are tiny but £6, although this is not unusual. The clientele are basically people who are using it as an office or have come in with their dogs for a coffee. They don't control the dogs and assume everybody loves them. Not me, and definitely not with food. Absolutely, definitely not on chairs and tables.Others are chatting on their phones loudly. One call lasted twenty minutes after which we were all certain he was very important indeed. And that without the louder wonkers who arrive in the evening. Not good. Kills the ambience.Staff are excellent as is usually the case. Owner, chef and manager get the blame.

A pleasant scruffy seafront bar. OK the sea is obscured by a row of beachfront cottages but it's on the main strip and throwing distance from the De La Warr Pavilion.I would say it's intentionally shabby, you might call it shabby chic or even comfortably derelict - it's certainly not posh but quite trendy in a hipster kind of way.The food was very nice and the bar was pretty good with an emphasis on Beavertown craft beer. To their credit they have a cask beer on handpump. This is branded as Rocksalt Sussex which is quite obviously Harvey's Sussex. Surprised Harvey's let them do this. Perhaps they don't know!
