Subway in Rother

I've just had the libertys taken out of me💯I go in there wait over 15 minutes for the worker not to serve but serve a deliveroo customer sorry but the person coming all the way there for a sandwich deserves better customer service especially when they have 20 minutes to spare. You've wasted my time. Thanks!

1 way system still in place but friendly staff food was nice & fresh

This place is not clean. Behind the counter, the floor is disgusting. The tables not cleaned and the staff are really slow. Not a nice experience.

I often order online from various shops according to which one is on my way.I also always(except for the last time) place the order for after an hour.Now these guys on parkgate made me wait last 3 times (different reason on every occasion) which caused me to be late on 2 of them.They don’t even bother to read the instructions box(again on every occasion).Hardly earned but well deserved review.

Only went because grand daughter wanted a sandwich over priced and very over rated to be honest

This is the first Subway I've ever visited,that had ice cream..the place was clean and the staff were friendly.

Took an absolute age to get served. Weren't offered any drinks/deals/snacks or even a bag to hold our food in. Chicken nachos had been ignored on the side for that long by the time we got them that they were soggy and rank!!

We do enjoy a subway sandwich but my goodness there is often a long wait. It either seems understaffed or there's too many staff trying to write to behind the small counter and they are in each others way. The delivery orders seen to take precedence over customers in store, I was waiting almost 15 minutes whilst they finished an order. If it wasn't for my little boy really wanting a sub then we would have left.

Music too loud. Couldn't hear a thing. Not a friendly environment. The order in front of mine was left too long and burnt so my sandwich was left to sit and go cold while his was completed again. It would Not have hurt to let the woman stood staring into space just put my salad and sauce on.
