Lunch for four yesterday which included two children ages 4 and 2. Had the best experience. All the staff were attentive and were great with the children. Made the girls day when the robot brought the lunch to the table. The food was lovely. Nicely cooked and well presented. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended!!

My partner and I were really looking forward to eating at Taylor's Restaurant and Sports Bar, it was on the bank holiday Monday and by the sounds of it, they were short staffed meaning that a few mistakes were made with our order and it took around 30 minutes for someone to take our order. It was around three hours in total for just two courses. I had to wait 20 minutes when my starter arrived as my partner's starter wasn't even prepared.

Always really happy with the food and service here - I'm not interested in sports but we get the 20% discount for having a Cineworld card (only on normal menu and doesn't cover any specials or deals) so have been a few times. Can be a bit loud and busy when the sports is on but you can't expect anything less. Would highly recommend!

We wanted somewhere to eat after a visit to the cinema. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food on offer and the way it was presented. Just lost a star as the service could have been quicker.

Yes it very nice the food was fantastic and a nice coffee . The only thing was a little bit noisy there is football on I understand people want to watch it that's cheering and clapping but other than that it was good recommend it the staff are very go to help out yes I had highly recommend the food staff and the food

We have the unlimited card and they do a deal for 20% off if you eat with this restaurant but due to the fact it was lunch time when we went and they gave us one of the meals on a lunch time deal price (-£2.10 off the normal price) they decided not to give me the 20% off the entire meal. Giving us a £2.10 discount. Which should have been £7.80 if given what was written on the sign *with no fine print may I add* even if the burger (from the lunch time menu) was taken off the receipt let's say and they did the 20% off the rest of the receipt it would have still been £6.21 off. They told us we would save more keeping with using the lunch time discount rather than the 20% off. We questioned this with the manager behind the bar and he tried to argue with me and tell me I can only pick one promotion at a time. Which even if we did that he would not accept you save more from the 20% off deal and left us with saving £2.10 on a near £40 meal. Futhermore, we didn't even ask for the lunch time menu it was given and nothing was ever specified either on the sign or by the server until it came to paying.Although the real problem is their maths is incorrect and they gave very bad customer service. I do not recommend this place.The food and drinks were good though especially the mixed platter which was a very good portion size. Just sad their customer service had to let them down.

Got the delicious hot dog, very filling. And 2 for 14 cocktails.

Great food and service. First time we have been and will definitely be going back.
