We stopped in Pebbles for a glass of wine and a couple of desserts on Sunday afternoon. We recently moved to Bexhill and have walked past Pebbles on several occasions and it was very busy. When we visited on Sunday it was quieter than what we had seen previously but that’s most probably because it was quite windy at the seafront. We will definitely come back and eat here someday soon as the food on the menu is right up my street.

A real jewel of a hotel with a convenient location close to De La Warr Pavilion and Pebbles restaurant. Fantastic rooms, comfy beds, spotless throughout and a wonderful cooked brekkie to set you up for the day. Parking on road wasn't a problem when we stayed. Would highly recommend.

My friends introduced me to this hospitality venue as I'd never been before. The service was great, our server was friendly, attentive, helpful and able to assist with all our questions including his personal recommendation and what was popular with other diners. The food we ordered tasted absolutely delicious, I ordered the tagliatelle with goat's cheese, courgettes, peas and pesto - very good portion size and nicely presented with an added salad garnish whilst my friend ordered steak and chips which he enjoyed immensely.Looking forward to revisiting again.Great hospitality, great food and a nice location.

Pleasant atmosphere, nice staff, incredible food, not too expensive.I've paid double for food half as good, will definitely return here again in the future. Highly recommended 🎉

DOG UNFRIENDLY - even outside !3 of us hoped to eat lunch on the terrace last week but couldn't as we had a dog with us. It certainly wasn't at all busy and not surprising with this policy which will be costing dearly when you consider how many dog owners walk that seafront.Had a great lunch at the Sackville instead where dogs are not considered a problem.

So disappointed to have to write this review, especially as I am new to the neighbourhood and was looking forward to making this one of my local favourites, as I love their food. Stopped in at about 11am today, just before lunch and noticed they were about 25% full. Thought it would be nice to have a quick coffee on their terrace overlooking the beach. But no. I was told "they don't serve coffee because there are other cafes in the area that serve coffee". At first I thought it was a joke, but the manager was definitely not joking. Basically they refused to just serve me a cup of coffee because well, they don't serve "just coffee".The restaurant wasn't even full...why turn away the business? Makes no sense.

Lovely little restaurant, we had a lovely food and enjoyed it, though it is a tad expensive.

The fish gujons came cold so had to be asked to be reheated twice!! Not happy and nothing special. Chips were not great. Too thick. More like potato sticks than chips. The mushy peas were great though😂👏.The ice cream sundae was amazing in taste, but the worst part was finding a large chunk of plastic in it👍. Lovely!but the experience a 5/10. Wouldn't return again, but great they did a gf option. The rest of my family had fish and chips, one came hot and the other cold! No ones surprised! The burger was average, nothing special. The crab salad was very small. A handful of leaves and a small chunk of bread, nothing in comparison to the fish and chips. Very disappointed and my mum felt ill the next morning so maybe was the crab. The desserts were again..average. The best was the ice cream, but how can you really mess up on that?. (Well apart from the plastic)The best part was getting the unic chocolate pebbles with the dessert. This is a lovely, quirky touch and tasted lovely!Overall the restraunt is very understaffed and service is incredibly slow. Absolutely awful.
