A very adorable tea room! I had the cream tea and they were generous with the clotted cream. It was lovely to sit outside and when it got a bit chilly a moved in where it was nice and cosy.

We loved everything about this adorable tea room!My ploughman’s lunch was delightful with two big hunks of cheese and the hot chilli from the specials board was nice and warming.Tea is served traditionally, with pots and strainers.Desserts were lovely and served warm with custard.We’d go back again without a second thought.

lovely little tea room - stumbled across it whilst exploring the town and it did not disappoint! the inside was quite cramped so thankfully there were seats outside on a lovely winter day. generous servings and great tea

Tucked away off the high street and behind the mermaid. It was likened to drinking tea in your grandma's front room. A great selection of tea, home made cakes and light lunches. We had cream teas. The home kade scones were deliciously warm!The service was exceptional - very friendly and efficient! We love this place and always make time to visit when in Rye!

Great tea room....if you are a local I am sure you have discovered this place. As someone who travels down to Rye often for the beach, I decided to pop down for tea...I was not disappointed. Great food, reasonably priced and excellent service. Will be returning here again.

Such a lovely place to spend your afternoon in Rye! We visited this town for the first time and glad that we were able to come here at 4pm before it closes at 5pm. We ordered three sets of No. 3 afternoon tea and wow, the food didn’t disappoint!! I love the scone 💕 And the ambience was great! Definitely worth the price 😊

We had such a delightful time here! The perfect escape from the rain, with some tea, warm scones and the best clotted cream and jam. The servers were lovely and covid aware which we really appreciated, and the overall vibe was super charming. I would definitely recommend.

I had the cobbles set afternoon tea no.2, came with a scone and sandwich. chose gunpowder tea and egg mayonnaise sandwich. They were nice! Tho the tea i chose was not the best choice for milk tea for me. Shame that my stomach couldn’t take all of them. And the scone!! They have amazing scone! Really, I’m willing to come back for the scone :)
