The Old Town Tea Room in Rother

Friendly Staff, have had take away coffees most Sundays. Today tried a breakfast, it was Excellent Recommended.

Really good tea room with great service. I had a breakfast here on a weekday and was really impressed with the service and menu.Very good quality food and I had an eggs Benedict which was delicious. My friend had porridge which was very good quality with a great choice of jams.Very good service friendly staff and good value. I will return to try the afternoon tea soon!

I went along today for the first time and was really impressed with the toasted bacon sandwich and pot of Earl Grey Tea...I also had a slice of what I think was supposed to be a victoria sponge but had been made as a tray bake it was nice but didn't really taste of anything much and the slice was quite small and it cost a whopping £2.50 I enjoyed everything else though. The only other downside was by the time I left my eyes were stinging from the cooking fumes...plus when the cool air hit me my clothes just smelled of cooking oil....all that said I'd definetly venture back so not all bad...

came across this cosy place before Xmas.Wonderful staff but to busy to be chatty lol,says alot for great service.Recommend to everyone.

Really friendly cosy place for a bite to eat and a hot drink. Food was delicious and the staff are lovely.

My mother lives locally to the tea room and was celebrating her birthday recently. Due to lockdown restrictions and living some distance away, family were unable to visit. I made contact with Sandra who couldn’t have been more helpful. She made and delivered this beautiful cake.
