Amore Pizza in Runnymede

Ordered a delivery today, the pizza had a black hair within it. I called to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and stated “boss is not here, I can’t do anything with your order and to not call the restaurant again”.I have reported this concern to the council and I HIGHLY suggest to not order from this restaurant as the service and food is unhygienic and horrible!!!!

The pizza is not cooked…. And the Customer service is very very very bad…The needs to get more training about how to cook pizza… please Don’t buy pizza…from this shop…Rubbish…

Terrible took 2 hours to come. When it arrived was cold and threw it in the bin waste of money don’t go there again

Guy working today hung up on me, extremely rude staff. Will not be returning unless I hear the service improves.

Rang up to be spoken to extremely rudely. Pizza ingredients stale and poor quality. Fried chicken looked like it had been sitting under the heaters for hours. Wont be going back

All of the chicken that I ordered was like they had just got it out the fridge and then the staff was very rude to me when I called to say this is a terrible restraunt will not be using again 😡😡

Food arrived in good time but one of the pizzas was a small instead of the large we ordered. Not the best pizza I've eaten, it was dry, only luke warm when it arrived and didn't have all the ingredients of a meat feast, toppings were dry and burnt looking. Wedges weren't fresh tasting either.Still yet to find a decent pizza takeaway in the area.

I have ordered food though Uber Eats, 15 min later received the messages that it has been cancelled but I have been charged for the order as restaurant started preparing my food. When I called I was told that they tried to contact me plenty of times and I didn’t answer. The operator was extremely rude, raising his voice and constantly over talking me. Initially I was told I didn’t provide enough delivery details, then that the driver was waiting outside and I didn’t open the door. In the end he just hang up on me. Very poor customer service!!! Shame as food is nice.

I wen to buy Pizza week ago and found the staffs were coughing non staff and they look sick. I bought the pizza and thrown away due to the chef was coughing. Last Monday, I went to buy Chicken but It was mentioned on the door "The Shop is closed due technical fault with the machines. But its not. The pizza chef, Fried chicken maker were coughing since last week. But the Owner is fully aware but he didn't care about the general population. Since Monday he wanted close the shop as the both chef got COVID 19.

Horrible service, my food was never delivered! The driver stated they could not find my place and then I had to call the restaurant where they told me I had provided the wrong postcode which was not true at all! They kept me waiting on the phone and did not do anything to solve the problem, instead they just cancelled my order.
