Bokays Chinese Take Away in Runnymede

We love this chinese for a takeaway, definitely the best one in the area, we always order far too much but then have it the night after. Its yummy

Food is always top notch, never had a bad one yet 10/10

First time using on a recommendation Lovely food will be back again

Update to my previous review of two years ago...this place has really gone down hill.. Never again !! I would not give the food to my dog!...and she will eat anything! Its not worth the risk! Really no stars but Google won't let you post...

Very easily the best Chinese in town. Has been consistently amazing since they opened which must be over a decade by now.The owner is a complete legend who remembers so many of her customers and what they've been up to - I haven't lived in addlestone for years but whenever I go to Bokays, Blossom remembers what I've been up to. Her customer service is up there as some of the best I've seen and the food speaks for itself, delicious!

I’ve had take outs from Bokays in the past on regular basis. After one and a half years I ordered a take out 3 weeks ago Monday, and needles to say how disappointed an disgusted I was. That was the worst ever food I have ever had in my life. Spent a quite a bit of money on that take out and the food was horrible . I am sorry I had to use those words but there is no other way I could describe. The texture of the rice was awful. Perhaps very cheap rice. Beef in Thai sauce (which Blossom recommended) strait in the bin. Fried squid the taste of the oil was awful. (In the bin) tasted that the oil is very old . The only dish that was edible was Singapore fried noodles. But it was burnt. If you do not have taste buds then this is the place. I am usually not the person to post reviews but I felt I had to.

I've been going for a couple of months now after reading the good reviews. However tonight I collected my order and my noodles were burnt. (Both dishes) Called up Blossom who is normally nice as pie. What a complete u-turn! It seems as though she doesn't value customers complaints and is happy to loose yet another customer, rather than resolve the issue. Should've listened to Andy's review. Only order from here if you have no taste buds and don't mind burnt noodles!

I swear they have the flash working there our food came out in no time. It was a decent seize order as well.. The food was great the staff were awesome and we will definatley be coming back.. Thank you excellent..

Great Chinese dont be put off by the healthy part found some of the dishes I like aren't available but altogether a great experience.

Just amazing. Great customer service, great food, great value for money. And there's an aquarium tank thingy!! They've really just elevated Chinese takeaway. Honestly remarkable. They've made a regular customer out of me from this point forward, and I couldn't recommend them more.
