Burger King in Runnymede

This is a large Burger King, drive through, auto-order machines. Small car park. No sweetener for coffee!! :-(

AVOID AT ALL COST. Go local instead, much friendlier. Would be 0 if I could.Even though clearly stated on Google ‘Dine in’, they wouldn’t allow us inside even for takeawayThe store was still open and operating as a drive through and other customers were entering inside for takeaway. Very rude and does not make sense why we couldn’t order even a take out.

Awesome food, lovely service, borgor poggin, fries poggin, tasty drink, quick pick up, quiet cosy dining area, toilets there if needed , get to feel like a king with free paper crown :)

I went abit late and had to wait a while for the drive through operator to even say anything. And then I had to wait a while for my food. I don't go to burger king often so not sure if it's supposed to be on the menu, but they had no hot drinks available or milkshakes.

If the food is hot it's really good and can't fault it.However. In this particular burger king, 80% of the staff can't speak a word of English, so placing orders or asking for things like sauces is unbearable and borderline impossible.Speaking of sauces, they are so tight with their sauces, sometimes they say I'm only allowed 1 small pot of sauce, wether you order 1 item or food for all the family, it's still just 1 sauce per order and if you want more you have to pay 20p per sauce. Ridiculous.And lastly (although I could go on) if you order on drive through and they tell you to wait in the car park and they will bring it out, you're going to be in big trouble. They take your money and then forget to bring out the food. Then you wait 20 mins and decide to go inside to see what's going on. And they all start arguing with eachother on why no one has bothered to prepare the food and take it out. Every time I've been told to wait in a parking bay I've had to come in after a ridiculous amount of time waiting and they've not even began to cook the food. Joke.

Drive through is efficient and quick however they couldn't her too well and got a drink wrong but been in the main part before and staff was nice. Food decent burgers are always good but chips were not the best they've got new ones recently and they are much skinnier and better

On walking in noticed it seemed very cold inside the venue. Orderd and recived our drink cups unbranded and popped over to the self serve drink dispenser where there was very limited option popped to the toilet where females had no paper and had to pre flush 🤮 the toilet and one out of use, the males wasn’t much better and smelt, came to collect are food and made a comment to the better half how I hope that’s not our food stuffed in a brown paper bag to the side one of us was always present of to the side waiting (We were eating in. )After trying to find a seat I wish to sit up on and noticing the large amount of black tape on most of the seating area before we sat to enjoy are mealUp on opening the bag I was socked there was no condiments and I hadn’t been asked if I wanted any when collect food from the counter.Then what was in the bag was wrong how do you mess us what was simply a two meal order so away to the counter I went. The old chap behind the counter swiftly changed the mistake and I asked for the condiments I requiredDue to the many issue with venue I will be looking for a different option to spent my £18

Really poorly prepared burgers. Lacking any flavour and burger King flair. The bread is always too dry and flakey. This branch has never been bothered to improve. Never again. Horrible place.

I got into the habit of opening my burgers everytime I eat here(usually on a monday) as i had bad experiences in the past with the lettuce being off. See the pic and you see the brown bit of lettuce which luckily this time was just a bit(I had worse in the past) and as you can see there even isn't enough lettuce on.Dont waste your money on here unless you are really desperate(which is my case 🤣).Also I would have thought by now they be more careful with their lettuce but since is like the 3rd or 4th time it happens to me I decided to take a pic.
