Costa Coffee in Runnymede

Nice enough coffee shop, but Costa Shops have an interior design issue. TBH it has a staff canteen look and feel about them

Friendly customer service, clean and tidy store. Lovely hot coffee and toast to start the day.

Cute place not alot of seating, could do with a better menu for gluten and dairy intolerance

Staff friendly and coffee good, quick service even when it is busy.

Duped by the free soya offer. Easy to read, takes longer to realise you need the app. They'd make it easier to read if they were being honest and maybe waive it like others do!

Just got refused a coffee at 4 57pm. I know it’s close to 5pm but come on!

Friendly atmosphere very clean and tidy staff go above and beyond there call of duty I just love visiting Egham Costa Coffee shop

Terrible service whenever I order through a delivery app. They manage to always miss an item/give the wrong one, no matter how small the order is. Not worth it. Cant believe we have to pay a service charge just for them to be lazy

Obviously a standard Costa in terms of range of food /drink and prices etc. Service was good, everything was clean, overall nice setting.

Wonderful coffee ... however very unwelcoming place because they close sections "for cleaning" sometimes 2 hours before the closure time leaving just a few spots available making the place kind of 'already closed'. This unwelcoming sensation is completed with often cold air pouring from the 'heater' in winter. You have to keep your coat inside. I have the feeling that they want people to go as soon as possible. Avoid or... just order take away.
