This place went from the only place in Addlestone to be open late to ELITE tier food. No idea what happened but boss man came through with the goods. I’m talking CRISP base, cheese and tomato sauce for days and to the edge. Good lord. What a saviour sent to earth.

Very rude staff and unprofessional staff. We went here to buy some food which included some burger deals as outlined on their menu. They took payment and gave us the card receipt and we waited for the food. I was looking through their paper menu when I noticed that things didn’t add up. When the food came I quizzed them about it and was told that their menu was “old price”. I then pointed to the paper menu and was given the same reply. Here are the problems.1) When we ordered the food they did not at any point tell us that the pricing on their overhead and paper menu were old. We asked for the £6.50 burger meal so they should have told us that it was now £7.50.2) There is no reason what so ever to prevent them having a sign advising customers that their pricing is now old and invalid and to check on current price.3) There is no reason why they can’t print new paper menus and direct customers to it.4) We bought a chicken burger with cheese. Guess what. No cheese.5) We didn’t get a purchase receipt. It wasn’t until I queried the pricing that they handed me the printed receipt. I suspect it’s to prevent customers from querying. After all, we just assume we’ve been charged what’s on display. My family have owned takeaways and we would never deliberately mislead or misinform customers. Menus are cheap to print. If we know we need to change pricing we update our menus at the point of new pricing. A previous customer review is from 3 months ago. Even if they have to, stick a piece of paper of the new pricing as a temporary measure.I suspect it’s to do with the hotel down the road. Locals know what’s what but hotel patrons most likely won’t suspect they’re actually paying more than what’s being displayed. We won’t be going there again. They were rude and dismissive of my query. We’re not local and would have bought another 5 meals from them during our stay. That’s £100+ which they won’t receive from us for merely being rude. If they had apologised for not advising us and given a refund then that would have been good customer service. If they’d just apologised that would have been acceptable. Nope. No apology. Just dismissed my query and then walked away.

I can't think of anything that was OK apart from arriving on time. The quality of the food was very low indeed and the price was very high indeed. It has left me with a slightly scammy taste in my mouth - as curious as that may sound. Also, a star is a good thing, I wouldn't say there's anything starry about it so I'll allow you to adjust that part in your imagination.

The pizza is really good and tasty, you can tell it is freshly made. Also is sold for a reasonable price only ÂŁ5 for a large pizza. If you in Addlestone you want Dominic's Pizza!!!!!

·

Worst experience. They charged me 50% extra than in the displayed menu and when I asked cashier he told me it was old price.

·

Best pizza I had in years, great managment and very clean inside the store. Must have seen them sanitising the tables about 4 times in 20 min I was there. Incredible pizza and delicious kebabs. Much better than Papa Johns or Dominos rubbish

This is one of my favourite local takeaways. The any large pizza for ÂŁ5 when you takeaway is a great deal. You can choose any 4 toppings and they don't scrimp on the toppings and there's always lots of cheese. The decors a bit tired and it's best to write your order down for them, but I can't fault the food.
