Domino's Pizza in Runnymede

Quoted 20-30minutes for delivery but it took an hour, pizza tracker showed delivered after 25 minutes. Wouldn’t have been a problem but the food was cold and part of the order missing. Driver told me to phone the store to get a refund. Store trying to push a voucher instead of refunding missing item. Eventually told refund will take 5-7 days but I have no faith in it ever coming through.

Please do not order pizza from here. Order tracker said pizza is on its way and the delivered. It was not. When called the store, after keeping me on hold said the pizza was sent 5 minutes back and it will be delivered any moment. I called back after 15 minutes I was told to again wait and then told that it could be delivered any moment. When asked about helping me out on any moment definition - I was told it could be 5 or 10 or 15 or any minutes. What shall I say.. me and my family were awaiting pizza delivery since the order tracker said it’s on the way. Very disappointing. Requested to refund, let’s see what happens.

Ordered 6 large pizzas from this Egham branch for collection for my little ones party. The pizza collection was on time and was delicious. The staff were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended

This first time I ordered from stains domino's it wasnt so great. 2nd time again there is more tomato paste then cheese. The toppings all fall off. Whole purpose of a pizza is that it's full of cheese. Won't order from stains again.

Some People may of had better from here but for me it was terrible. Meateror pizza was very dry. Like when you reheat from a microwave. Was delivered within 20mins, so quite possibly been reheated

Pizza never arrived. Do not order from here unless there is nowhere else. Asked for a refund and they said it would come in a week. Lets see if that happens. Judging by other reviews i would assume not. Should be able to give no stars as all that happened was i lost money. Utter trash.

Although the staff on the phone were apologetic, the overall service was terrible. They did not believe us when we informed them that the pizza had not been delivered, despite waiting for over an hour and a half and refused us a refund, insisting that we simply reorder and forcing us to wait another 45 minutes for delivery.

I've given it few tries, every time thinking this time is going to be different. But to my disappointment it's a consistently low quality service. I give up.I used to like Dominos. Not after Egham experiences. Usually half cold, the app shows pizza was delivered 30min before actual delivery. Tastes like from Tesco. Domino's cookies used to be my favourite thing ever. Not anymore.Improvements in food quality needed.

After ordering a Large 13.5" pizza, I received a 12" medium pizza. Although it's in the red box suggesting its size is large, as seen from the photo, I was argued with over the phone. After a lengthy dispute, a new pizza was finally promised at the correct size. Also, if the workers from Domino's Egham is watching, how did you not notice this pizza doesn't appropriately within its container? No tip and I'm never ordering from Domino's again as mistakes like this happen profusely, from out-of-stock drinks to arguing with me over the phone.

Horrendous experience. Every time I order a pizza it takes over an hour. You call them and all you hear is lies. 'The driver left 19:25.... no no, he left at 19:30.' it's 20:20 and I live 1.2 miles away. Call to complain and they hang up on you while you ask why it takes 50 minutes to deliver a pizza. Absolutely pathetic service. Will order from somewhere else and go collect myself. Won't be ordering from this store again. Needs better management or to be shut down by whoever runs the franchise. Horrible service.
