They used to be very welcomimg. Rude staff. Act as if they are doing you a favour! If you dont like what u do there are plenty of driver jobs available with Amazon. Sad as i was very well looked after previously.

Rude no customer service skills... don't run a business if you cant be nice to ur customers...

I used to enjoy this place when it was run by previous management Mehmet back in the day. Last 2 occasions i have visited recently have been disappointing. Firstly i was charged wrong price for a mixed doner and when i questioned this the guy behind the counter, who is clearly stressed out, just said, i should be happy with price as i should charge you more as my prices are out of date. Second time i wanted to order a chicken doner and was told there was a 15 minute wait as there were orders in front of me (as he waved the tickets at me). Even though the chicken doner was being cut right in front of my and told me to order something else instead. Clearly wouldnt have been that long of a wait. Food is good but the guy behind the counter ruins the experience and clearly doesnt have any customer service skills. Doubt i will be going back which is a shame as used to love this place.

Very bad service not expected from this place, Staff was very rude, food is below average, i been to the restaurant i waited over there atleast 45 min and that not enough they are shouting on the customer, I will never prefer to go this place again and i will advice rest of customer this place is worst.

Food was average but very expensive for the quality. Also, the front desk guy with a short hair should lower his attitude and smile. Very disappointed with the service received from the guy.

Staff is very rude as if they doing you a favour by serving you. Called in to change an order but got don’t care attitude with no respect of customer service. Will never use charcoal grill again. If I could I would give 0 stars

Fallen off the pace. Food is decent & fresh. CHIPS ARE ALWAYS SOGGY. Customer service is ATROCIOUS. So rude & abrupt. Need to take some lessons.Sure you will find better food and better service.

Kebab meat over cooked n totally dry. Clearly reheated from earlier. Rang to compmlain n was told to contact uber eats.The food provider told me that as Uber eats make so much money from them, that any complaint I had about their dried out food was down to Uber.Shocking reply.So

Found this place by chance late one night after visiting some relatives, order a mixed kebab, salad and chips with a drink and was presently surprised at one, the quality of the food at such a late time in the day, secondly and but more important was the service. They were excellent, cooked fresh chips and served me with a smile and genuine courtesy. 😀

Great food, great service. I've never been once disappointed with anything I have gotten from Charcoal grill. They always give you good portion sizes and the food quality is always on point. Will definitely recommend.
