KFC in Runnymede

Ordered the food at 8:00pm and it’s 9:47pm and still haven’t got the food called the restaurant at least 14 times and just keeps ringing no replies now the restaurants shut and they’ve taken the money about £37 and we don’t have the food!!!

Just eat pick a order up from here but never arrived.yet app said had been delivered.went to this shop asking where driver was said they had no idea but was a regular driver there.still made attempt to contact him saying they did not have his number.reordered yet they never attempted to say sorry or large up the meal at any point.no respect for customers at all and ignorant as hell.even though I saved 8quid on just eat doing the job right in first place.will never use this place or a delivery service again total rip off.rathe collect or make fresh food at home now

Delivery was fine and on time, but food was poor. Chips cold and undercooked, most were thrown away. Won’t be going back unfortunately. Trying to support local businesses but there’s much better options out there.

Half my order missing after saying to staff member "are you 100% sure its all there?" yep they replied reciting my order back to me. Got home to fine so much missing. And portions tiny they didn't answer their phone

everytime i go there they somehow get my order wrong everytime, sometimes its a missing dip, other times it is missing 2 hot wings or popcorn chicken

KFC has just gone downhill lately Horrible, raw, soggy and oily chicken. Rude staff who ignore you and communicate to the their colleagues about a customer in another language.

Didn't put chips in the bag so paid for them and didn't get as staff were to busy talking in foreign to each other and not paying attention to the order or what there are doing and you try to ring the shop and no one answers the phone so you can get refunded I pick my food up so I don't get over charged for delivery and admin charges I hope that someone from kfc sees this and sort it out

This KFC is a takeaway only. Kentucky Fried Chicken is served here, fast service but uber moped delivery drivers crowd the entrance, can be a little frustrating if you want to get inside to order.

I absolutely love eating KFC but this branch would win the Gold medal for worst in the history of terrible KFC branches in the whole world ever. Is it the management? How is this store still standing when the manager can’t sort out a team that can read, speak, be polite, smile, give out correct orders, because 100% never had a correct order from here, even if ordered on JustEat or in person and now me and my whole family have vowed to never visit this branch ever again because we’re so fed up and it’s been like this for too long and will probably never change.

It is barely ok. You don't need to expect very posh setups like a motorway services. They got limited seating but staff are helpful. Food was not tasty most times - you feel the repeated oil taste and burnt chips smell. I am not sure how they are usually as I go to them only when there is no other choice. Parking is limited but available in front ; and a plenty of space available at nearby Tesco express - just a 2 min walk around.We can wait outside the shop for collection and the layout is spacious .
