Megna Tandoori Indian Restaurant in Runnymede

Ordered first time through uber eats.Wouldn't order again the starter which was mixed starter was really greasy and our Samosa was soggy.Portions were not great size. Quite small.And our chicken curry main was overdone and dry.Shame as the reviews have been really good so maybe they were having a bad day.

I had placed a delivery several times and almost ALL my experiences with the delivery staff was horrible to say the least. Particularly with this delivery driver who drove a white BMW who is a delivery staff at this restaurant (as I was told by the manager). The delivery and hand-off experience was very bad, as the staff was very rude and patronizing. Talked to me in a very angry and rude tone, complaining to me about things such as the time I placed order to personal things about how he has a long drive home and how he could not find my place etc. Most recently, this particular staff refused to even give me my food by hand and left food at the pavement, even when I was promptly at my door. I was also greeted with more rude remarks, such as him shouting at me "look, look!" while pointing at my food. Its one big issue to be rude to your customers and its also another issue when you patronize your customers with rude and aggressive behaviours. I would never order or dine at this place again. This place left me feeling very uncomfortable and I have never seen this type of behaviour throughout years of ordering from and dining in various places. Reported this incident to the relevant authorities. I would not tolerate being patronized and neither should you.

Really nice food I have never been disappointed with anything I have eaten from here in my opinion the best curry about customer service could be a little bit better other than that great place to eat

Never actually been, but got multiple deliveries from them via uber eats. Have gotten an extra poppadom from them before too! Good food and quick delivery- usually before or at the start of the suggested time range

Second visit , absolutely delighted with the service excellent food and the staff go above and beyond highly recommended

Food was exactly what you would expect from a typical curry house. Plentiful and tasty. Could perhaps do with a more adventurous menu for vegetarians although I enjoyed thr vegetable buryani.

Went I here the other day drunk and they was so helpful and served me the best food. Honestly I couldn't recommend anywhere else.

Don’t complain at this place, if you do the owner will turn up at your door.Ordered some Naans and they was not what we ordered. Called to complain and was told that they was sorry and would send fresh ones out. As a customer was happy with this.Knock on the door and the owner has come to deliver and started to argue with my wife. How there was nothing wrong with them. When I have confronted him he has gone back into his car.So on a whole if you order from here don’t complain.Would never order from here again.

Salad was in a bag and must have been pre prepared many hours / days prior and not checked before sending it.Lettuce was 'brown'......we also asked for x1 papadom and got 2 and was charged for x2. Also the samosa in the mixed grill was saturated in oil and all soggy after being sat together with meat.
