Pizza Hut in Runnymede

Ordered two different times and each time the pizza has been delicious and piping hot. Thanks to the team at Pizza Hut Addlestone.

Ordered pizza 1 hour and half ago but the pizza never made it on time…tried calling the store who said should be with us in 5 minutes which never did, my bad I dint seen the reviews before ordering

Useless.Placed an online order, waited 40 minutes, checked and apparently 'order delivered'.. but no pizza. Rang them and was told it was on its way... 20 minutes later, still no pizza. Rang again and 'oh something went wrong, we'll remake it for you straight away' - waited another 40 minutes - rang back 'oh there's a problem with your order, I haven't been able to print it out and send it to the kitchen...' Nice of you to tell me. Can I get a refund? No you have to go through the website. Terrible service, will never be ordering from them again.

Awful pizzas all grease and fat on them , been on the toilet all night.

Nice guys but they shorten me by a 1,5L pepsi max. It is not really good idea because I won't order from this department in Addlestone.

I ordered a meal for two at 8:30pm with uber eats and ended up with a wrong order at 9pm but recieved the correct receipt of what I originally ordered. I had contacted pizza hut addlestone again and they said that they will deliver me my original order to my house that’ll have to be waited up to an hour. It has been more than an hour and there had been no update whatsoever. The wrong order did not make me satisfied at all.

I want to bring something to your attention I was in my garden the other day when I seen a car pull up I thought nothing of it until I seen the driver get out of car wearing a pizza hut hat he walked to rear of car and 2 younger men approached him and to my shock I seen the driver hand something to one of the guys which certainly was not a pizza and in return I seen cash exchanged I have reported this to the police I hope use take this matter seriously and hope to hear back from.you promptly. I could not get reg but was a stocky guy driving an audi a3. I see car regularly so would be happy too forward reg when I see next

Ordered pizza at 5pm, arrival time 6pm. By 6.45 no show on the pizza so i called. No apology, at first they suggested it wasn’t even ordered then said it was on its way. When asked if it would be cold he said no it will be piping hot. At 7pm still no pizza so I phoned back and they said the driver couldn’t find the house so she came back to the shop and they would send another. By 8.15 still no pizza so we ordered from a local pizza shop - Dominic’s. That pizza arrived in 25 minutes and then at 8.45 the Pizza Hut driver phoned to ask where my house was even though we had given plenty of instructions. Told her I no longer wanted the pizza as it was nearly 4 hours after ordering and she hung up on me. Terrible customer service, horrendous management. Avoid

Pizza turned up an hour and a half late. Manager of the shop lied over the phone on two occasions. When asked if I could cancel the order. I was told that they could cancel the order but NOT refund me. As mentioned by someone here, no apology was given, just was told I would get it soon.

Ordered a few pizzas this evening, very hard bases, cold and seemed like they had been re heated in the oven. Called the branch, not to get money back or a replacement because the deal I got was quite cheap and not worth the agro, woman answered claiming to be the manager and instantly got on the defensive, didn't offer any resolution and didn't seem to be accepting that my order was terrible, just seemed adamant that I was wrong and the pizza was fine. Terrible service ended up just putting the phone down as was clearly getting nowhere. Will never order from there again, terrible service, manager didn't listen, terrible quality pizza.
