Subway- Egham in Runnymede

Sub was okay except they give you less meat than any other subway and cut the meatballs in front of you. On the subway website it says you get 4 per 6 inch and they give you 2 cut in half. They do this in front of you.

Very good customer service by the team, specially to HEENA very helpful staff. Try avoiding to visit the store during the lunch hours, it takes you roughly about 30 min to get served.University students all over the high street.

Poor customer service. The staff lied about the till being broken and wanted cash. Something didn’t seem right.

Wholeheartedly struggles with the concept of toasting. Cheese is barely melted, bread might as well be straight off the rack. Not even openly asking them to toast it more works.

just orderd a sub.the lovely lady rang me and said you didnt include salad.how nice to actualy ring me and say that when other people wouldnt.to the lady who rang me i really appreciate your customer service. thank you

Everyone who works here was so kind. They all looked after my two girls and even gave them a few treats on the house. Very generous people. Highly recommend them!

Very bad staff the Indian supervisor/ manager doesn't know how to talk customers arguing with other customers cleanliness very poor DO NOT GO THERE AND EAT

Walked in with my boyfriend, I tried to order a sandwich, was told by a male member of staff that another female staff member will assist me (who was in the kitchen, not even behind the counter) and he started serving my boyfriend. After I asked why he started serving my boyfriend although I was placing order first I was told that I will be served by somebody else. I do not understand why I could not be served by a staff member. Very disappointing, seriously wrong and unbelievable experience to not be served due to being a women.

Eghan Subway is the best one! Clean and tidy and the staff are amazing! Kingston Subway should come here and see what a great Subway is like!!!

A small subway, located near a busy university location. The atmosphere is very calm, the staff are very friendly. Usually come here for the breakfast subs.
